희나리(건조시 고추가 하얗게 썩는현상)를 최소화 시킨 고 품질의 건고추 생산이 목적인데,방부, 방습과 살균과 세정의 효과를 지닌 숯을 건조판의 최 하위판에 깔아서,바닥에서 올라오는 습기는 물론, 건조 시 발생하는 습기에 의한 희나리(건조시 고추가 하얗게 썩는현상)현상을 최소화 함은 물론, 부패 방지와 건고추의 살균 세정의 효과도 가져올수 있도록 고안 되었으며, 여기에 건조의 (온풍)기능을 포함한 선풍기를 부착하여, 물고추 건조의 성수기가 시작되는 장마철,또는 건조실 내부의 습기에 의한 고추의 건조지연을 촉진하고, 아울러 이중적 습도 조절 효과도가져올수 있도록 고안 되었다Its purpose is to produce high-quality dried peppers with a minimum of hee-na-ri (red pepper rotting white when dried).
