Claims (5)
- 액정을 담는 용기와,상기 용기와 연결된 액정토출의 개폐부와,상기 개폐부와 연결되어 있고, 액정 배출구를 가지며, 외표면상에 다수의 돌기를 갖는 불소수지막을 구비한 노즐을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정분배장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 불소수지막은 테플론 코팅막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정분배장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개폐부는 상기 용기와 연결되는 제 1 체결부와,상기 제 1 체결부와 연결되는 제 2 체결부와,상기 제 1, 제 2 체결부 사이에 결합되어 액정주입 통로의 역할을 하는 니들시트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정분배장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 돌기의 평균 표면 거칠기는 적어도 0.1㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정분배장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 액정과 테플론 코팅막 표면의 마찰력이 최소화되도록 상기 돌기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정분배장치.
