Claims (4)
- 유입되는 악성 폐수에 와류교반 터보믹서펌프를 이용하여 오존을 투입 이물질을 1차 분해하고 폐수를 2차 분해조로 이송하는 1차분해 단계와,상기 1차 분해단계에서 1차분해된 악성폐수를 초음파 진동 및 자외선 광촉매를 이용하여 폐수중에 함유된 이물질을 분해 제거하고 폐수를 3차분해조로 이송하는 2차 분해단계와,상기 2차분해 단계에서 2차분해된 악성폐수를 플라즈마처리, 전해처리, 자외선램프와 산화티탄 광촉매이 의한 광촉매처리 및 광촉매 분말과 태양광에 의한 광촉매반을에 의해 이물질을 분해 처리리하고 PH조정조로 이송하는 3차 분해단계와,상기 3차 분해단계에서 3차분해된 악성폐수에 산 및 알카리를 적당량 투입하여 PH치를 조정하는 PH조정단계와,상기 PH조정단계에서 PH치가 조정된 정화처리된 폐수에 미생물 반응시켜 처리하는 미생물반응단계와,상기 미생물반응단계에서 처리된 폐수에 침전제를 투입하여 슬러지를 침전처리하는 침전단계와,상기 침전단계에서 침전처리가 완료된 폐수를 활성탄필터로 잔존하는 이물질을 처리하는 활성탄 처리단계를 포함하는 악성폐수처리방법
- 유입되는 악성 폐수에 와류교반 터보믹서펌프를 이용하여 오존을 투입 이물질을 1차 분해하고 폐수를 이송하는 1차분해수단과,상기 1차분해수단에서 1차분해된 악성폐수를 유입받아 초음파 진동 및 자외선 광촉매를 이용하여 폐수중에 함유된 이물질을 분해 제거하고 폐수를 이송하는 2차분해수단과,상기 2차분해수단에서 2차분해된 악성폐수를 유입받아 플라즈마처리, 전해처리, 자외선램프와 산화티탄 광촉매이 의한 광촉매처리 및 광촉매 분말과 태양광에 의한 광촉매반을에 의해 이물질을 분해 처리리하고 이송하는 3차분해수단과,상기 3차 분해단계에서 3차분해된 악성폐수를 유입받아 산 및 알카리를 적당량 투입하여 PH치를 조정하는 PH조정수단과,상기 PH조정수단에서 PH치가 조정된 정화처리된 폐수를 유입받아 미생물 반응시켜 처리하는 미생물반응수단과,상기 미생물반응수단에서 미생물 처리된 폐수를 유입받아 침전제를 투입하여 슬러지를 침전 처리하는 침전수단과,상기 침전수단에서 침전처리가 완료된 폐수를 유입받아 활성탄필터로 잔존하는 이물질을 처리하는 활성탄 처리수단을 포함하는 악성폐수처리장치
- 제 2항에 있어서;상기한 2차분해수단은 양측으로 폐수를 공급하는 급수관(2)과 폐수를 배출하는 배수관(3)을 가지며 폐수를 일정량 담수할 수 있도록 된 공간부(4)를 가지는 분해조(1)에 있어서;상기한 분해조(1)의 공간부(4)에는 산화티탄 등과 같은 광촉매가 도포된 다수의 판상 휠터판(5)이 일정한 간격으로 서로 이격되게 마련되며, 상기 휠터판(5)의 각각의 공간 사이에 초음파진동부재(6)와 산화티탄이 코팅된 자외선 램프(7) 및 염화나트륨을 전기분해하는 촉매전극을 가지는 전해처리부재(8)가 배열 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 악성폐수처리장치
- 제 2항에 있어서;상기한 3차분해수단은 양측으로 폐수를 공급하는 급수관(20)과 폐수를 배출하는 배수관(30)을 가지며 폐수를 일정량 담수할 수 있도록 된 공간부(40)를 가지는 분해조에 있어서;상기 3차분해조(10)의 공간부(40)에 산화티탄 등과 같은 광촉매가 도포된 자외선램프(50)를 서로 일정한 간격을 가지도록 하여 다수 배열 마련하고, 통상의 플라즈마발생기(60)에서 발생된 오존 및 각종 이온 등을 상기 공간부(40)에 폭기분사할 수 있도록 공간부(40)의 하부 일정위치에 폭기부재(70)가 마련되며,상기한 3차분해조(10)의 상부에는 태양광을 투광할 수 있도록 된 렌즈(80)가 부설되며, 3차분해조(10)의 공간부(40)에는 상기 렌즈(80)에서 투광된 태양광을 반사하여 상기 공간부(40)에 방사할 수 있도록 반사판(90)이 마련되고,상기한 공간부(40)에는 산화티탄 등과 같은 광촉매 분말(100)이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 악성폐수처리장치
