Claims (16)
- 복수의 화소로 구성된 표시부와, 상기 화소에 표시신호를 입력하기 위한 복수의 신호선과, 상기 표시신호를 입력하는 화소를 선택하는 화소 선택수단의 일부와, 상기 화소에 표시전력을 공급하기 위한 복수의 전원선을, 동일한 기판 위에 가지는 화상 표시장치에 있어서,상기 표시신호를 상기 복수의 신호선으로 입력하기 위한 복수의 신호 입력단자와, 상기 표시전력을 상기 복수의 전원선으로 공급하기 위한 복수의 전원 입력단자가 상기 동일한 기판 위에 설치되어 있고, 적어도 1개 이상의 상기 전원 입력단자가 상기 신호 입력단자의 사이에 끼워지도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 신호 입력단자와 상기 복수의 전원 입력단자는, 실질적으로 일렬로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소는, 상기 전원선에서 공급되는 표시전력으로 구동되는 유기발광 다이오드(OLED, Organic Light Emitting Diode) 소자를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동일한 기판 위에 설치되어 있는 화소 선택수단의 일부는, 다결정 Si-TFT(Thin-Film-Transistor)를 이용해서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 전원 입력단자와 상기 신호 입력단자는, 주기적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전원 입력단자와 상기 신호 입력단자는, 교대로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 유기발광 다이오드의 공통전극 단자측은 복수로 분할되어 있고, 상기 복수의 공통전극 단자는 상기 복수의 전원 입력단자와 상기 신호 입력단자와 함께 주기적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 공통전극 단자는, 상기 복수의 전원 입력단자와 거의 같은 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,화소로 구성된 상기 표시부를 중심으로 하여, 상기 복수의 전원 입력단자와 상기 신호 입력단자는 상기 기판의 상하단에 각각 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,화소로 구성된 상기 표시부를 중심으로 하여, 상기 복수의 전원 입력단자와 상기 신호 입력단자는 상기 기판의 상단(上端)에만 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,화소로 구성된 상기 표시부를 중심으로 하여, 상기 기판의 상단에는 상기 복수의 전원 입력단자와 상기 신호 입력단자가 배치되어 있고, 상기 기판의 하단에는 상기 복수의 전원 입력단자는 배치되어 있지만 상기 신호 입력단자는 배치되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 신호 입력단자와 대응하는 상기 신호선과의 사이에는, 1개의 신호 입력단자와, 대응하는 복수의 신호선중의 1개를 선택적으로 접속하는 스위치 수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전원선은, 화소로 구성된 상기 표시부내 혹은 그 주변에서 서로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 전원선은, 동일한 화소 발광색에 대응하는 것 끼리가 화소로 구성된 상기 표시부내 혹은 그 주변에서 서로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 신호 입력단자는, 상기 기판의 밖에서 드라이버 IC(Integrated Circuit)로 입력되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 복수의 화소로 구성된 표시부와, 상기 화소에 표시신호를 입력하기 위한 복수의 신호선과, 상기 표시신호를 입력하는 화소를 선택하는 화소 선택수단의 일부와, 상기 화소에 표시전력을 공급하기 위한 복수의 전원선을, 동일한 기판 위에 가지고, 또 표시 데이터를 축적하는 수단을 가지며, 지시에 따라서 상기 표시 데이터로부터 상기 표시신호를 생성하는 수단을 가지는 화상 표시장치에 있어서,상기 표시신호를 상기 복수의 신호선으로 입력하기 위한 복수의 신호 입력단자와, 상기 표시전력을 상기 복수의 전원선으로 공급하기 위한 복수의 전원 입력단자가 상기 동일한 기판 위에 설치되어 있고, 적어도 1개 이상의 상기 전원 입력단자가 상기 신호 입력단자의 사이에 끼워지도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
