Claims (5)
- 다수의 고체입자들을 포함하는 고액혼합물의 분리를 수행하는 고액분리장치에 있어서,폴리비닐 아세탈계 수지에 대한 페놀계 수지의 중량비가 1/40~1/2의 범위내에 있는 수지혼합물로 이루어지고, 평균 기공직경이 0.1~500, 기공율이 50~90%인 그물코 형상의 연속기공을 갖는 다공질의 중공 원통 일체형 여과재와;상기 여과재의 단부개구를 시일하기 위해 상기 여과재의 대향단부에 각각 배치된 단부 플레이트와;상기 여과재를 지지하고 회전시키기 위해 상기 단부 플레이트에 배치되며, 적어도 한쪽이 중공인 회전샤프트와;상기 여과재의 외면에 고액혼합물을 공급하기 위해, 상기 여과재 전체의 1/2 이하가 침지되도록 배치된 여과재 수용탱크로 배관을 통해 고액혼합물을 공급하기 위한 제1 공급수단과;상기 고액혼합물의 액체만을 상기 여과재의 외면으로부터 상기 여과재의 내부 중공부로 흡인하도록 상기 중공의 회전샤프트를 매개로 상기 여과재의 중공부를 감압상태로 하기 위한 감압수단과;상기 여과재의 외면으로 액체가 흡인됨으로써 퇴적되는 고형분을 여과재 외면으로부터 스크레이핑하기 위한 스크레이퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 여과재의 중공부에서 여과된 액체를 제거하기 위해, 일단이 여과재 중공부의 내벽 근방에 배치되고, 타단이 상기 중공 회전샤프트를 통해 상기 감압수단에 연결된 노즐수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼의 상기 여과재 외면으로의 압압을 변화시켜서, 고형분 슬러지의 스크레이핑과 상기 여과재의 외면을 연삭하여 새로운 표면으로의 갱신을 수행하기 위한 스크레이핑 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여과재의 외면에 고액혼합물을 공급하기 위해 적어도 하나 이상의 노즐로 구성된 제2 공급수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여과재는 이음매가 없는 균일한 연속표면층을 갖는 일체형 여과재인 것을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
