Claims (4)
- 처리수가 유입되는 처리조(10);상기 처리조(10)에 일부가 잠기며 샤프트(38)에 고정되는 외통(31) 내부에 필터(32)가 통형태로 설치 고정되고, 상기 외통(31) 내벽과 필터(32) 사이의 공간이 격벽(33)과 마감판(34)으로 복수의 독립된 격실(35)로 분할형성되며 개구(37)가 형성되는 진공롤러(30);상기 진공롤러(30) 회전시 상부에 위치하는 적어도 하나 이상의 격실(35)에 양압을 인가하고 그 외의 격실(35)에는 음압을 인가하기 위한 분배수단(50);일부가 상기 개구(37)를 통하여 진공롤러 내부로 인입설치되고 필터(32)로부터 탈거된 고형물을 배송하는 배출수단(20); 및상기 진공롤러 샤프트(38)에 회전력을 제공하기 위한 모터(71)와 동력전달부재(73)로 이루어지는 구동수단(70);을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 격실(35)에는 각각 분배공(36)이 형성되고,상기 분배수단(50)은 상기 진공롤러의 샤프트(38)에 고정되며, 상기 분배공(36)과 연통되는 분배관로(52)가 복수 형성된 가동분배자(51)와,프레임(41)에 고정되고 상기 가동분배자(51)의 분배관로(52)에 연통되는 복수의 분배구(54)가 형성되며 상기 복수의 분배구(54) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 양압을 발생시키는 압축펌프에 연결되고 나머지 복수의 분배구는 음압을 발생시키는 진공펌프에 연결되는 고정분배자(53)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가동분배자의 분배관로(52)는 자체 내부에 관통형성되는 내부관로(52a)와 상기 내부관로(52a)와 진공롤러 격실의 분배공(36)을 연결하는 연결관(52b)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 격벽(33)은 외통(31)내주면에 방사상으로 돌출 형성되고,상기 필터(32)는 인접하는 상기 격벽 사이에 긴장 설치되어 다각형 통형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고액분리장치.
