Description
Claims (17)
- 로터 축(6)에 고정되도록 설계된 루트(20)로부터 팁(35)까지 반경방향으로 뻗은 에어호일(22)을 포함하고 있고, 팁(35)은 그 단부에 가공된 하나 이상의 슬롯(48)을 갖고 있고, 상기 슬롯(48)은 팁의 최대 응력의 지점에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯은 베이스 합금보다 연성인 높은 내산화성 및 내식성 재료로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 내산화성 및 내식성 재료는 MCrAlY인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내산화성 및 내식성 재료와 상기 베이스 합금 사이에 접합이 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 접합은 상기 베이스 합금 위의 상기 내산화성 및 내식성 재료를 스프레이 코팅하므로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯은 폭이 약 0.010 내지 0.025 inch 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯은 폭이 약 0.020 inch 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 터빈 블레이드는 연소 가스 터빈 블레이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 블레이드.
- 블레이드(9)를 포함하고 있는 터빈 엔진으로서, 상기 블레이드(9)는 로터 축(6)에 고정되도록 설계된 루트(20)로부터 팁(35)까지 반경방향으로 뻗은 에어호일(22)을 포함하고 있고, 팁(35)은 그 단부에 가공된 하나 이상의 슬롯(48)을 갖고 있고, 상기 슬롯(48)은 팁의 최대 응력의 지점에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 엔진.
