Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing metal pattern plate is provided in which patterns such as picture, photograph and character are clearly displayed on the surface of a metal plate, and the patterns are semi-permanently preserved so that the metal pattern plate is widely used as various advertising plates, nameplates or dial plates as well as various pictures or portraits. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing metal pattern plate comprises cleaning process of removing various impurities on the surface of a metal plate; film coating process of coating a dry film on the surface of the impurity removed metal plate; exposure process of partially hardening the surface of the dry film coated metal plate by outputting patterns such as picture, photograph or character correspondingly to film resolution and taking a photograph of the patterns on the dry film coated upper surface of the metal plate using an exposure machine; developing process of coating a developer on the surface of the metal plate so that only the hardened dry film is remained; first drying process of firmly adhering the dry film to the metal plate by drying the dry film remained on the surface of the metal plate at a temperature of 100 to 200 deg.C; first etching process of etching the patterns by inputting the first dried dry film into ferric chloride (FeCl2) solution; coating process of coloring a coat by injecting conductive coat and paint onto the first etched metal plate; second drying process of solidifying the coated part by drying the coated part at a temperature of 100 to 200 deg.C; film removing process of removing the dry film remained on the surface of the metal plate by inputting the second dried metal plate into caustic soda solution; second etching process of secondly etching the metal plate by inputting the dry film removed metal plate into ferric chloride solution; and plating process of plating rigid chromium on the second etched surface of the metal plate.
