Claims (5)
- 회전방향을 따라 만곡된 다수의 블레이드가 원주상에 일정 간격으로 배열된 단위팬이 축방향을 따라 직렬로 연결된 임펠러;상기 임펠러의 외각에 구비되며 공기의 토출유로를 형성하기 위해 일정 곡률을 갖는 리어가이드;상기 임펠러의 외각 일측에 축방향을 따라 구비되어 리어가이드의 갭부와 함께 고압부와 저압부의 경계를 형성하되, 상기 임펠러와의 간격이 토출공기의 속도구배에 따라 다르게 형성되어 토출공기의 속도를 균일하게 하는 스태빌라이저를 포함하는 크로스플로우 팬.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스태빌라이저와 임펠러의 간격은 토출공기의 속도가 빠른 부분에서 크고, 토출공기의 속도가 느린 부분에서 작도록 소정의 곡률을 갖는 곡선을 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스플로우 팬.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스태빌라이저와 임펠러의 간격은 임펠러의 단위팬 중 중앙에 위치하는 단위팬에서 가장 크고, 상기 단위팬으로부터 양측 단위팬으로 갈수록 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스플로우 팬.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스태빌라이저와 임펠러의 간격은 각 단위팬별로 그 중심에서 가장 크고 양측의 경계판에 대응하는 부분으로 갈수록 작아지는 곡률에 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스플로우 팬.
- 제 1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스태빌라이저는 임펠러와 대면하는 일단부가 토출공기의 속도구배에 의해 축방향을 따라 소정의 곡률을 가지면서 내측으로 만곡되는 판형부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스플로우 팬.
