상기 황토덮개판(C)을 통해 마감하는 방법과는 별도로 상기 온수배관(10)이 삽입 설치된 황토바닥판넬(C)의 상부에 황토, 적토, 백토, 석회와 한약제인 당귀, 창출, 천궁, 감초, 계피 및 황마 그리고 접착제 역할을 하는 해초다시마, 노리, 우묵가사리, 육목, 닥나무, 밀가루, 소나무대패밥, 참숯, 게르마늄을 넣고 혼합하여 토련기를 이용하여 혼련하고 진공으로 공기를 빼고 인발시킨 황토흙을 묽게하여 10mm 두께로 바닥의 수평을 맞춰 초벌미장을 한 후 열풍기 등을 이용하여 30℃로 약 3시간동안 건조시키면서 설치된 온수배관(10)내에 물을 채운 후 임시 부착된 가스온열기를 이용하여 열을 올린 상태로 6시간 정도 지나면 90% 건조된다. 이 후 다시 마감 모르타르로 건조로 인해 갈라진 틈을 메운 후 소창(애기기저귀감)을 바닥에 잘 펴고 그 위에 황토흙 60중량%, 적토 10중량%, 백토 10중량%, 점토 10중량%를 배합한 후 다시 석회 10중량%, 생약제 3중량%, 맥반석 0.5중량%, 참숯 0.5중량%로 된 모르타르로 최종적인 마감 미장을 함으로서 시공을 완료할 수도 있다. 여기에서 미장은 초벌 10mm, 마감미장 20mm를 포함하여 전체적으로 약30mm 두께 이내로 한다. 상기 마감 미장 후 표면에 콩기름이나 아주까리 기름을 바르면 방수의 효과도 있다.Apart from the method of finishing through the ocher cover plate (C), the ocher, red soil, white clay, lime and Chinese herbs Angelica, creation, cheongung, licorice on the top of the ocher bottom panel (C) in which the hot water pipe 10 is installed Add cinnamon and jute, and seaweed kelp, nori, walnuts, red meat, paper mulberry, flour, pine planer, charcoal, and germanium, knead using a refining machine, bleed the vacuum and drain the yellow soil. 상기 시공에 있어서, 온수배관을 깔 때에는 발판으로 사용하도록 합판과 같은 것을 사용하면 황토바닥판넬의 손상을 막을 수 있다. 또한 시공시 전체적으로바닥으로부터 약90mm 정도 올라오게 되므로 경우에 따라서는 방문을 열거나 닫는 데 문제가 있을 수 있으므로 시공전에 문의 개폐상태를 파악하고 최종적으로 장판까지 깐 후를 고려하여 바닥으로부터 올라온 높이만큼 방문의 하단을 절단 마감처리하도록 하여야 할 것이다.In the above construction, it is possible to prevent damage to the ocher floor panel by using a plywood, such as plywood to use as a scaffold when laying the hot water pipe.
