PURPOSE: An architectural panel made with yellow soil is provided to minimize cracks caused by the contraction of a panel during drying and improve soundproof efficiency and thermal insulation. 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 종래 황토를 주재료로 하는 건축재로 황토분말에 폐지분말섬유, 분말소석고 및 물과 발포제 및 코팅용 바인더를 첨가 혼합하고 표면 및 이면에 보호용 종이를 부착하는 건축물 내장 바닥재 흙판 보드에 대하여 한국특허등록 162618호에 공지된바 있었고, 또한 황토, 삼 및 백시멘트를 사용하여 보드를 성형하고 앞면에는 초지를, 뒷면에는 직포를 접착한 황토보드는 실용신안등록 20-0189540호로 공지된 것이 있었으나, 황토를 주재료로하는 종래의 내장보드는 황토가 가지는 문제점인 낮은 결합강도를 보완하기 위하여 두께를 두껍게 성형하는 것이 불가피하여 무게가 무거워지는 단점이 있었을 뿐 아니라 건조시 수축에 따른 균열현상을 막을 수 없었고, 무게를 줄이고 균열을 방지하기 위하여는 인체에 유해한 별도의 화학적인 첨가제가 필요로 하는 등 황토가 가지는 고유의 장점을 살리는데 어려움이 있어 황토를 주재료로 하는 판넬이 널리 보급되게 하는데 문제점이 있었다.In order to solve the above problems, as a building material mainly based on loess, it is mixed with waste paper powder, powdered gypsum, water, foaming agent and coating binder, and attaches protective paper to the surface and the backing.
