Claims (7)
- 전송관(7)이 예비 성형품과 충돌되며, 원통형 밀폐체(3)를 형성하거나 감싸는 하나 이상의 가열요소(2)와, 전송관(7)과 밀폐체(3)간의 공간에 비산화가스를 공급하기 위한 수단(6, 8)을 포함하고, 밀폐체(3)에는 환상의 유입구(5) 및 환상의 배출구(4)가 그 밀폐체(3)의 양단에 제공되고, 가열요소(2)는 입구와 출구(4, 5) 사이에서 전송관(7)에 대해 축방향으로 이동할 수 있는, 예비성형품을 제조하기 위한 장치(1)로서, 비산화가스를 공급하기 위한 수단(6, 8)은 환상의 유입구(5)근처에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 수단은:ⅰ) 전송관(7)과 밀폐체(3) 간의 공간을 충진시키기 위한 것으로, 환상의 주입챔버를 포함하고, 환상의 유입구(5) 근처에 배치되어 비산화가스를 층류 상태로 전송관을 지나서 환상의 배출구(4)의 방향으로 전송하는 요소(6)와,ⅱ) 비산화가스를 환상의 유입구(5)로 공급하기 위한 것으로, 상기 ⅰ)에 따르는 요소(6)의 하류에 배치되고, 환상의 주입챔버를 포함하며, 비산화가스를 요소(6)로부터의 비산화가스의 방향과 반대인 방향으로 전송관(7)을 지나서 운반함으로써, 환상의 유입구(5) 측으로의 대기의 유입을 방지하는 요소(8)를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 요소(6)내의 층류는 10 내지 200의 레이놀즈수를 가지며,이 레이놀즈수는 Re=ρvd/μ로 정의되고, 여기에서:ρ=가스밀도v=가스속도μ=가스점도 및d=전송관(7)의 외경과 원통형 밀폐체(3)의 내벽 간의 직경차인 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 파라미터 d는 6㎜보다 큰 값을 갖는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비산화가스로서 최대 15부피%의 헬륨(He) 함량을 갖는 비산화가스가 사용되는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형 밀폐체(3)의 내벽은 비트리파이드 탄소(vitrified carbon)로 제조되는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열요소(2)는 전송관(7)에 대해서 이동 가능한 장치.
- 전송관(7)이 예비성형품과 충돌되고, 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 장치에서 실행되는, 예비성형품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
