Description

은을 이용한 기저귀 세척방법{Method for washing diaper using silver}Method for washing diaper using silver {Method for washing diaper using silver}

The present invention relates to a diaper washing method using silver, and more particularly, to a diaper washing method to be excellent in antibacterial by sterilizing with high purity silver.

In general, silver is harmless to the human body and it is used as a natural antibiotic to prevent asphyxiation by interfering with the metabolism of bacteria by antibacterial action by active oxygen.

The antimicrobial action of silver has been shown to interfere with the metabolism of bacteria by antibacterial action by silver ions and antimicrobial action by active oxygen, and the electrical load of silver ions remove germ function of germs and destroy cell structure. In addition, silver ions are easily absorbed by the human body and are known to act as a powerful catalyst by killing these pathogens by blocking the function of enzymes when bacteria and fungi metabolize oxygen. Its use is increasing.

On the other hand, currently used diapers for infants are disposable diapers, which have problems of breathing and hygroscopicity when worn for long periods of time, causing skin to grow and bacterial growth, and the seriousness of environmental pollution due to their overuse The waste of resources due to one-off is also serious.

In addition, cotton diapers once used in hospitals and postpartum care centers, there is a limit to reuse with confidence due to remaining pathogens or other bacteria even after washing.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for cleaning a diaper to completely remove bacteria and harmful substances by using high purity silver having excellent sterilization ability to solve the problems of the prior art described above.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a method of washing a cotton diaper which is already used so that it can be reused with confidence.

Diaper cleaning method using a silver according to the present invention for achieving the above object is to wash the diaper in a cleaning solution mixed with a general synthetic detergent, oxyclean and lacquer solution in a ratio of 2: 1: 1 to 5 hours Step, main washing the prismatic diaper with a conventional washing machine; And after administering 5 to 15% by weight of the silver particles in boiling water, it is characterized in that it comprises the step of sterilizing the sterilized for 5 to 15 minutes to the dipped diaper.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

The present invention is characterized in that the sterilization effect by silver is maximized by immersing and washing the baby cotton diapers collected after use in a silver aqueous solution administered with an appropriate amount of high purity silver in boiling water after a series of washing processes.

First, the diaper used in the present invention is used in the sterilization step after the avalanche washing step and the main washing step using a general synthetic detergent, the general washing detergent, oxyclean and lacquer solution of 2: 1: 1 in the avalanche washing step. It is immersed in the washing solution prepared by mixing at a ratio and washed for 5 to 10 hours. The lacquer solution acts as a bacterium to inhibit the growth of germs such as pathogens in avalanche washes, and cuts the lacquer into a suitable size and soaks in water and boils for 10 hours and then lacquer and other floats. Remove it and use it. In this manner, the lacquer pure liquid having bacteriostatic ability can be sufficiently extracted.

The diaphragm washed diaphragm is put in an industrial washing machine, and the main washing is performed by a conventional washing method to remove impurities remaining without being removed in the avalancal washing step, followed by a sterilization step, which is a key step of the present invention. For sterilization, high purity silver particles are administered to 5 to 15% by weight of boiling water to prepare a silver aqueous solution, and the diapers having undergone the avalanche washing and the main washing step are sterilized for 5 to 15 minutes and dehydrated.

In this case, the silver used is more preferably cut into 0.1 to 1.0 cm in size using high purity silver having a purity of 99.9%, and when industrial silver is used, there is little sterilizing effect, which is not preferable. It can be observed that the silver particle surface color changes during sterilization. This shows that silver particles act on enzymes that act on metabolism such as breathing and digestion of bacteria, and incapacitate them to suffocate bacteria.

The silver used in the present invention can be used continuously for about 6 to 8 months, and by changing only the water used, the sterilization effect is exhibited as it is.

The sterilized and dehydrated diaper may double the sterilization and antibacterial effects by resterilization using a high temperature sterilization dryer or undergoing ultraviolet sterilization treatment once more.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples. However, the following examples are merely illustrative and should not be understood as limiting the scope of the invention.

100 sheets of baby diapers collected at the postpartum care center are administered to a washing solution made by mixing one tablespoon of general detergent, half spoon of oxyclean, and half spoon of lacquer solution, soaked for 8 hours, and the washed cotton diapers are transferred to industrial washing machine. The main wash was put. 50 liters of water was added to a 250-liter cauldron and boiled. Then, 5 kg of high-purity silver particles were put therein, and then sterilized noodles were put into sterilized for 8 minutes. The sterilized diaper was dehydrated and then re-sterilized in a high-temperature sterilization dryer.

The diaper washed according to the above embodiment is completely sterilized by silver particles in addition to sterilization using boiling water, which is a conventional sterilization method, to completely remove bacteria or other harmful substances remaining in the washing step. As the aqueous solution is absorbed, the antimicrobial activity can last longer.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the used cotton diaper can be reused more efficiently without fear of bacterial infection. Accordingly, the cotton diaper can be used with confidence in hospitals and postpartum care centers, thereby reducing the use of disposable diapers. The waste of resources can be significantly reduced.

In addition, the use of cotton nipples in which bacteria propagation is blocked by the excellent sterilization action of silver to the infant, the effective action of the silver itself can be left to help the physical health of the infant.

While the invention has been described in detail only with respect to the described embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations are possible within the spirit of the invention.
