Claims (1)
- 제조하고자 하는 렌즈를 감안하여 임의의 피치와 임의의 깊이로 패턴부가 형성되도록 스탬프를 제조하는 스탬프 제조공정과;상기 스탬프 제조공정을 통해서 완성된 스탬프의 패턴 표면에는 보호용제를 스핀 코팅하고, 이면에는 접착제를 도포한 후, 수평이 보장되는 평판부재 위에 부착하는 스탬프 준비공정과;상기 스탬프 준비공정을 통해 완성된 스탬프의 패턴부를 세척한 후, 그 위로 포토폴리머층을 코팅하는 포토폴리머 코팅공정과;상기 포토폴리머 코팅공정을 통해 코팅된 포토폴리머층 위로 모재를 얹고 진공상태 속에서 가압하는 모재 압착공정과;상기 모재 압착공정을 통해 압착된 모재의 위로 자외선을 조사하는 자외선 조사공정과;상기 자외선 조사공정이 끝난 후, 스탬프로부터 떼어 내는 이형공정을 거쳐 완성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화를 이용한 하이브리드 렌즈의 제조방법.
