Claims (5)
- 일정 간격 두고 배열된 전면기판과 후면기판, 상기 전면기판에 평행하게 배열된 복수의 유지전극들, 상기 후면기판에 상기 유지전극들에 교차하는 방향으로 배열된 복수의 데이터전극들, 및 상기 전면기판과 후면기판 사이의 일정 간격에 배치되어 방전셀을 구획하는 격벽들을 포함하는 플라즈마 표시 패널에 있어서,상기 전면기판의 유지전극들은 투명전극과 이 투명전극상에 배치된 버스전극으로 구성되고, 상기 투명전극과 버스전극 사이에는 콘트라스트 향상을 위한 블랙층이 형성되며;상기 블랙층은 방전셀과 방전셀 사이의 비방전 영역을 지나 인접하는 방전셀의 투명전극과 버스전극 사이까지 연장하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명전극과 버스전극 사이에 형성된 블랙층은 0.1∼5㎛의 두께로 형성되며, 450℃ 이상의 고연화점 프릿 글라스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙층은 블랙 파우더로서 코발트(Co)계 산화물, 크롬(Cr)계 산화물, 망간(Mn)계 산화물, 구리(Cu)계 산화물, 철(Fe)계 산화물, 카본(C)계 산화물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙층은 프릿 글라스로서 PbO-B2O3-Bi2O3,ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3및 PbO-B2O3-CaO-SiO2중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙층을 형성하기 위한 블랙 페이스트는 프릿 글라스의 함량을 5∼30중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
