Claims (6)
- 이산화탄소13CO2와 이산화탄소12CO2를 성분 가스로서 함유하는 가스 시료를 셀에 도입시키고, 각각의 성분 가스의 분석에 적합한 파장으로 셀을 통과한 투과광의 강도를 측정하고, 당해 투과광의 강도를 나타내는 데이타를 처리함으로써 당해 가스 시료 중의 이산화탄소(13CO2)의 농도를 측정하는 동위체 가스 분석기로서,당해 셀에 가스 시료를 가압하는 가압 수단이 제공되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 동위체 가스 분석기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가압 수단이 가스 시료를 2기압 이하로 가압하는 동위체 가스 분석기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가압 수단이 가스 시료를 각각의 셀내로 주입하기 위한 가스 주입기를 포함하는 동위체 가스 분석기.
- 이산화탄소13CO2와 이산화탄소12CO2를 성분 가스로서 함유하는 가스 시료를 셀에 도입시키고, 각각의 성분 가스의 분석에 적합한 파장으로 셀을 통과한 투과광의 강도를 측정하고, 이산화탄소 흡수제를 넣은 용기를 통과한 공기를 대조 가스로서 셀에 도입시키고, 각각의 성분 가스의 분석에 적합한 파장으로 셀을 통과한 투과광의 강도를 측정하고, 측정 결과를 나타내는 데이타를 처리함으로써 당해 가스 시료 중의 이산화탄소(13CO2)의 농도를 측정하는 동위체 가스 분석방법에서 사용하기 위한 이산화탄소 흡수제의 흡수 능력 판정방법으로서,이산화탄소 흡수제를 넣은 용기를 통과한 공기를 셀에 도입시켜 제1 광 강도를 측정하는 단계,이산화탄소 흡수제를 넣은 용기를 통과하지 않은 공기를 셀에 도입시켜 제2 광 강도를 측정하는 단계 및제1 광 강도 측정 단계에서 측정한 광 강도와 제2 광 강도 측정 단계에서 측정한 광 강도에 기초하여 이산화탄소 흡수제의 흡수 능력을 판정하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 흡수 능력 판정 단계가 제1 광 강도 측정 단계에서 측정한 광 강도 대 제2 광 강도 측정 단계에서 측정한 광 강도의 비율을 역치와 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 흡수 능력 판정방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 광 강도가 제1 및 제2 광 강도 측정 단계에서 이산화탄소12CO2의 분석에 적합한 파장에서 측정되는 흡수 능력 판정방법.
