Abstract

본 발명의 목적은, 밀폐용기 형태로 된 셀타입으로 되며 중량법을 이용하여 정확하게 미리 결정된 농도의 가스를 주입하여 제작함으로써, 미리 결정된 농도 및 길이 값이 알려진 셀타입 가스인증표준물질을 제조할 수 있게 하는, 셀타입 가스인증표준물질 제조방법, 제조장치 및 용기를 제공함에 있다. 본 발명의 다른 목적은, 이와 같은 방식으로 제조됨에 따라 분석 시의 불확도를 최소화하고 분석결과의 신뢰도를 극대화할 수 있는, 셀타입 가스인증표준물질 제조방법, 제조장치 및 용기를 제공함에 있다. 본 발명의 또다른 목적은, 상술한 바와 같은 형태로 이루어짐으로써 소량으로도 분석이 가능하고, 또한 유효기한 내에서 무제한 반복 사용이 가능하며, 흡착성, 독성, 반응성을 가지는 가스라도 인체 또는 장비에 위험을 주지 않고 안정적인 분석이 가능하도록 하는, 셀타입 가스인증표준물질 제조방법, 제조장치 및 용기를 제공함에 있다.
