Claims (4)
- 일 측에 유도가열장치(11)가 설치되고 내부로 스트립이 진행하며 도금되는 용융아연도금 액이 충입된 주 용융아연도금 욕(10)의 인접된 위치에는 보조 용융아연도금 욕(30)이 마련되고 그 보조 용융아연도금 욕의 일 측에는 상기 주 용융아연도금 욕과 연결되는 용융아연도금 액 유도수단(40)이 설치되며 상기 용융아연도금 액 유도수단의 선택된 곳에는 밸브장치(50)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금 액 보충장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보조용융아연도금 욕의 일 측면에는 레벨감지센서(32)가 설치되고, 일 측 상부에는 아연괴 투입장치(20)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금 액 보충장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용융아연도금 액 유도수단은 소정의 길이를 갖으며 단면상 "U"자 형이고 내부가 내화재로 이루어진 용융아연도금 액 유도구(41)가 마련되고 그 용융아연도금 액 유도구 상부에는 길이방향을 따라 가열히터(42)가 설치되며 상기 용융아연도금 액 유도구의 출 측 하부에는 용융아연도금 액 유도구의 축 측을 업/다운시키는 실린더(44)가 설치되고 상기 용융아연도금 액 유도구의 선택된 곳에는 온도감지센서(43)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금 액 보충장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브장치는 용융아연도금 액 유도수단의 입 측 또는 그 용융아연도금 액 유도수단이 설치되는 보조 용융아연도금 욕상에 지지부(51)가 설치되고 그 지지부에는 실린더(52)가 설치되며 상기 실린더의 로드에는 차단패널(53)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 용융아연도금 액 보충장치.
