Claims (3)
- 폴리올레핀 50∼60 중량부에 소비탄 지방산 에스텔 5∼6 중량부를 가하여 5∼10분정도 폴리올레핀 수지표면에 골고루 잘 분산시킨 후 여기에 산화방지제 2∼5 중량부와 자외선 흡수제 5∼10 중량부 및 맥반석 35∼25 중량부를 가하여 138∼180℃의 고온에서 5∼7Kg/㎠의 압력을 주면서 다시 10∼15분정도 원료입자표면에 잘 분산되도록 고온고압에서 계속 혼련교반하여 혼합된 수지를 130∼210℃의 압출기에서 3∼4㎜ 입자상으로 절단과 동시에 탈수 냉각시켜 일정규격으로 펠렛화한 상기의 탈렛 5∼10 중량부에 대해 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부와 첨가하여 다시 혼련교반시켜 약 30분간 균일하게 폴리올레핀 수지입자에 분산시킨 후 130∼210℃의 고온의 압출기에서 필름을 성형하는 제 1및 제 2 공정의 결합을 특징으로 하는 맥반석을 함유한 폴리올레핀 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 폴리올레핀 필름에 마스터 배치 수지를 첨가하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 맥반석을 함유한 폴리올레핀 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 2 항 기재의 제조방법에 의하여 얻어진 필름을 옥외 폭로형과 농업용 및 식품포장용으로 사용할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 필름.
