同实施例1,其不同的地方是:藓类泥炭为拉脱维亚区域苔藓土层炭化白泥炭,纤维是40mm的中粗纤维,椰糠的颗粒直径大小是10mm,椰壳的颗粒直径大小是2cm,珍珠岩的颗粒直径大小为5mm,炭化谷壳通气孔隙度为30%。
本发明营养花土制作方法的制作步骤如下:
步骤一、把椰糠与椰壳用常温自来水发泡360分钟。
步骤二、用除水设备使椰糠与椰壳保留40%含水量。
步骤三、采用搅拌充分不破坏基质原料物性的旋转式搅拌设备,在温度38度的搅拌环境中对椰糠与椰壳进行初步搅拌。
步骤四、在初步搅拌后停止搅拌两分钟,然后加入泥炭和珍珠岩搅拌直到椰糠的水分被珍珠岩、泥炭中和吸收。
步骤五、加入蛭石和炭化谷壳搅拌三分钟。
步骤六、加入缓释肥和矽藻素搅拌直到所有材料被搅拌到充分均匀后得到营养花土成品。
Claims (7)
1.一种植物培育的营养花土配方,其特征是营养花土的成分是由椰糠16%,椰壳15%,泥炭36%,珍珠岩12%,缓释肥3%,蛭石8%,炭化谷壳8%,矽藻素份2%组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物培育的营养花土配方,其特征是所述36%的泥炭中有20%是藓类泥炭,16%是草本泥炭,两种泥炭混合而成,藓类泥炭为拉脱维亚区域苔藓土层炭化白泥炭,纤维是20~40MM的中粗纤维,草本泥炭为中国华南地区的灌木雨林沉积泥质炭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物培育的营养花土配方,其特征是所述椰糠的颗粒直径大小是1~10mm,并且EC值低于0.4;椰壳的颗粒直径大小是1~2cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物培育的营养花土配方,其特征是所述缓释肥3%中有1%是中期缓释肥,2%是长期缓释,两种缓释肥混合而成,所述的中期缓释肥即是采用半包膜技术生产的缓释肥;所述的长期缓释肥即是采用全包膜技术生产的缓释肥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物培育的营养花土配方,其特征是珍珠岩的颗粒直径大小为3~5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物培育的营养花土配方,其特征是所述炭化谷壳是容重为每立方米240公斤,通气孔隙度为20%~30%,PH值呈微碱性的焦糖炭化谷壳。
7.一种植物培育的营养花土制作方法,其特征是制作步骤如下:
步骤一、把椰糠与椰壳用常温自来水发泡120~360分钟;
步骤二、用除水设备使椰糠与椰壳保留40%含水量;
步骤三、采用搅拌充分不破坏基质原料物性的旋转式搅拌设备,在温度18~38度的搅拌环境中对椰糠与椰壳进行初步搅拌;
步骤四、在初步搅拌后停止搅拌不低于两分钟,然后加入泥炭和珍珠岩搅拌1~2分钟或直到椰糠的水分被珍珠岩、泥炭中和吸收;
步骤五、加入蛭石和炭化谷壳搅拌三分钟;
步骤六、加入缓释肥和矽藻素搅拌五分钟或直到所有材料被搅拌到充分均匀后得到营养花土成品。
