Claims (5)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 탱크 및 열교환 매개 유체의 유로를 형성하는 상호 이격되어 적층된 튜브를 구비하며, 상기 인접한 튜브 사이로 외부 유체가 요철형 유로를 따라 통과하도록 상기 튜브의 외면에 소정 패턴의 비드들이 형성된 열교환기에 있어서,상기 튜브의 내부에는 코루게이트(corugate) 형상의 내부 휜(inner fin)이 개재되며,상기 내부 휜의 골과 골 사이의 튜브 내면에는 상기 튜브의 길이 방향을 따라 열교환 매개 유체의 난류화를 촉진하는 내면 딤플이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 튜브는 한 쌍의 평평한 제 1 및 제 2 플레이트의 에지를 서로 접합하여 형성하며,상기 제 1 플레이트에는, 외부 유체 유입 방향을 따라 임의로 정한 일 라인을 제 1 라인이라 할 때, 홀수 번째 라인에 n 개의 비드가, 짝수 번째 라인에 n-2 개의 비드가 일정 간격으로 배열되고,상기 제 2 플레이트에는, 상기 제 1 플레이트의 제 1 라인과 대응하는 위치에 있는 일 라인을 제 1 라인이라 할 때, 홀수 번째 라인에 n-2 개의 비드가, 짝수 번째 라인에 n 개의 비드가 일정 간격으로 배열됨으로써,상기 제 1 플레이트에 배열된 비드가, 인접하는 타 튜브를 이루는 제 2 플레이트에 배열된 비드 사이에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 비드는 외부 유체 유입 방향과 소정의 각도로 경사진 타원 또는 뱅크(bank) 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 비드는 튜브의 외주면에 파형을 이루며 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 인접하는 튜브들의 상호 대향되는 면에는 상호 접합되는 적어도 하나의 접합돌기가 각각 형성되며,상기 접합돌기의 높이(h2)는 상기 비드의 높이(h1) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
