Claims (7)
- 티탄 화합물을 산 조건의 수용액에서 가수분해시켜 나노크기의 TiO2입자를 생성하는 단계; 생성된 TiO2입자를 pH 1-6의 산 수용액 또는 pH 9∼13의 알카리 수용액에 분산시켜 안정한 TiO2분산액을 조성하는 단계; 및 상기 TiO2분산액에 주지의 방법으로 제조된 역삼투 분리막을 침지시켜 TiO2를 분리막에 도입시키는 단계를 포함하는 안티파울링 특성이 우수한 역삼투 분리막 제조방법.
- TiO2입자가 고분자 분리막 표면에 존재하는 작용기에 자기집합하여 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티파울링 특성이 우수한 역삼투 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 티탄 화합물은 TiCl4, Ti[OCH(CH3)2]4, TiOSO4, TiOCl2중에서 선택된 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 안티파울링 특성이 우수한 역삼투 분리막 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 티탄 화합물을 가수분해시켜 TiO2제조시 금속산화물을 수용액의 0.01∼1.0중량% 범위에서 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티파울링 특성이 우수한 역삼투 분리막 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 금속산화물은 LiOH, Mg(ClO4)2, AlCl3, VCl3, VOSO4·3H2O, VOCl3, Cr(NO3)3, MnF3, Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, CoF3, NiCl2, Zn(ClO4)2, Ga(NO3)3, Zr[OCH(CH3)2]4, NbCl5, MoCl3, RUCl3, Rh(NO3)3·2H2O, SnCl4, SbCl3, TaCl5, ReCl5, OsCl3, SbCl5중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 안티파울링 특성이 우수한 역삼투 분리막 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 티탄 화합물을 산 조건의 수용액에서 가수분해시킬 때 산 조건은 pH 0.5∼3범위의 강산 조건인 것을 특징으로 하는 안티파울링 특성이 우수한 역삼투 분리막 제조방법.
- 티탄 화합물을 산 조건의 수용액에서 가수분해시켜 나노크기의 TiO2입자를 생성하는 단계; 상기 티탄산 수용액에서 TiO2를 분리 건조시켜 백색분말의 TiO2입자를 선별하는 단계; 상기 TiO2입자 분말을 pH 1∼6 또는 pH 9∼13의 알카리 수용액에 첨가 분산시켜 안정한 TiO2분산액을 얻는 단계; 및 상기 분산액에 주지의 방법으로 제조된 역삼투 분리막을 침지시켜 TiO2를 분리막에 도입시키는 단계를 포함하는 안티파울링 특성이 우수한 역삼투 분리막 제조방법.
