Claims (15)
- 송신 방식을 적응적으로 제어하여 데이터를 송신하는 송신측 장치와,이 송신측 장치로부터 송신된 데이터를 수신하는 수신측 장치를 구비하되,상기 수신측 장치는 오류가 검출된 수신 데이터의 재송을 요구하는 신호를 상기 송신측 장치에 송신하고,상기 송신측 장치는 신규 송신시와 다른 기준으로 선택된 송신 방식으로 재송 데이터를 송신하는패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는, 소망 품질을 얻는 최대 레이트의 송신 방식으로 신규 데이터를 송신하고, 소망 품질을 얻는 최대 레이트의 송신 방식보다도 오류율 특성이 양호한 송신 방식으로 재송 데이터를 송신하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 소망 품질을 얻는 최대 레이트에 소정의 정수를 승산한 레이트의 송신 방식으로 재송 데이터를 송신하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 소망 품질을 얻는 최대 레이트의 송신 방식을 장시간 관측한 결과에 근거하여 재송용의 송신 방식을 결정하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 소망 품질을 얻는 최대 레이트의 평균치에 근거하여 재송용의 송신 방식을 결정하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 재송 데이터를 위상 변조 방식으로 변조하여 송신하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 재송 데이터를 QPSK 변조하여 송신하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 재송이 요구된 데이터를 BPSK 변조하여 송신하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수신측 장치는 수신 품질에 근거하여 송신측 장치에서의 재송시의 송신 방식을 결정하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,수신측 장치는 수신 SIR로부터 소정의 고정값을 감산한 값에서 소망 품질을 얻는 최대 레이트의 송신 방식을 재송시의 송신 방식으로 하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 송신 데이터에 대해 오류 정정 부호화 처리를 하여 송신하고,수신측 장치는 재송된 수신 데이터와 기(旣)수신 데이터를 합성하여 오류 정정 복호 처리를 하는패킷 전송 시스템.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,송신측 장치는 재송시에 오류 정정 부호화 처리를 한 송신 데이터의 특정 비트만을 송신하는 패킷 전송 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 패킷 전송 시스템의 송신측 장치를 구비하는 기지국 장치.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 패킷 전송 시스템의 수신측 장치를 구비하는 통신 단말 장치.
- 데이터 수신측 장치에서 데이터에 오류가 검출된 경우, 데이터 송신측 장치에서 신규 송신시와 다른 기준으로 선택된 송신 방식으로 상기 데이터를 재송하는 패킷 전송 방법.
