Claims (5)
- 원수가 유입, 배출되는 원통형 여재수납케이스(3)와;상기 여재수납케이스(3)에 내삽되어 원수를 여과시키는 섬유다발로서, 양단이 보조끈에 의하여 묶어있는 여재다발(1)과;상기 여재수납케이스(3)의 유입부및 배출부에 결합되는 다공판으로서 유입부 여재고정장치(61)와 배출부 여재고정장치(62)로 구분되며, 상기 여재다발의 보조끈이 결합되어 상기 여재다발을 여재수납케이스 내부에 복수개 고정지지 시키는 여재고정장치(6)로 구성되어,상기 여재수납케이스(3)에 서로 길이가 다른 여재다발(1)들이 내삽되어 배출부로 갈수록 평균여재밀도가 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과카트리지.
- 사다리꼴 단면을 가지는 원뿔형 케이스로서, 넓은 원주면이 원수의 유입부가 되고, 좁은 원주면이 배출부가 되는 여재수납케이스(3)와;상기 여재수납케이스(3)에 내삽되어 원수를 여과시키는 섬유다발로서, 양단이 보조끈에 의하여 묶어있는 여재다발(1)과;상기 여재수납케이스(3)의 유입부및 배출부에 결합되는 다공판으로서 유입부 여재고정장치(61)와 배출부 여재고정장치(62)로 구분되며, 상기 여재다발의 보조끈이 연결결합되어 상기 여재다발(1)을 여재수납케이스 내부에 복수개 고정지지 시키는 여재고정장치(6)로 구성되어,상기 여재수납케이스(3)의 유입부에서는 넓은 내경에 의해 낮은 여재밀도를 가지고, 배출부에서는 좁은 내경에 의해 높은 여재밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과카트리지.
- 원수가 유입, 배출되는 원통으로서, 구부려지는 유연한 재질로 된 여재수납케이스(3)와;상기 여재수납케이스(3)에 내삽되어 원수를 여과시키는 섬유다발로서, 양단이 보조끈에 의하여 묶어있는 여재다발(1)과;상기 여재수납케이스(3)의 유입부및 배출부에 결합되는 다공판으로서 유입부 여재고정장치(61)와 배출부 여재고정장치(62)로 구분되며, 상기 여재다발의 보조끈이 연결결합되어 상기 여재다발(1)을 여재수납케이스 내부에 복수개 고정지지 시키는 여재고정장치(6)와;상기 여재수납케이스(3) 측면 또는 정면에서 상기 여재수납케이스(3)를 선택적으로 압착시키는 압착수단(5)으로 구성되어,원수의 오염도에 따라서 상기 압착수단(5)으로 상기 여재수납케이스(3)를 압착시켜 상기 여재수납케이스(3) 내부의 여재밀도를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과카트리지.
- 제3항에 있어서 상기 압착수단(5)은상기 여재수납케이스(3)의 측면 또는 정면에 길이방향으로 복수개 형성되는것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과카트리지.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서 상기 압착수단(5)은상기 여재수납케이스(3)를 밀폐된 외통(32)에 삽입시키고,상기 외통(32)으로 내입되는 고압공기 분사노즐(51)을 통하여 분사되는 공기압인 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과카트리지.
