Claims (3)
- 물속에 포함된 잔류염소를 정전위전해법에 의한 무시약식 측정을 위해 최초 샘플수와 접촉되어 샘플수에 포함된 잔류염소를 검지, 전기적인 신호를 발생시키는 잔류염소 검지/발신부에 구비된 잔류염소 검지용센서에 있어서,상기 잔류염소 검지용센서의 말단에는 샘플수에 접촉되어 도전된 전류에 의해 전위차를 발생시키는 기준전극부가 백금(Pt)으로 이루어지고, 이 기준전극부에 대향되는 비교전극부는 백금(Pt)과 티탄늄(Ti) 및 은(Ag)의 합금산화피막물로 구성된 쌍전극이 형성되어 전기·화학방식으로 잔류염소를 검지할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류염소 검지용 센서.
- 물속에 포함된 잔류염소를 검지, 전기적인 신호를 발생시키는 잔류염소 검지/발신부의 잔류염소검지용센서의 외측에는 탈·부착 가능하고 상기 잔류염소 검지용센서를 감싸는 튜브타입의 세척조가 설치되고, 상기 세척조는 내측으로 유입된 샘플수가 잔류염소 검지용센서를 중심으로 자연스럽게 와류가 발생되도록 각기 다른 방향의 외주연 상하단에 샘플수의 유입구와 유출구가 각각 형성되며, 상기 세척조로 유입된 샘플수의 와류시 함께 회전되어 잔류염소 검지용센서의 표면과 충돌이 이루어져 이물질의 침적을 방지하도록 케이스 내부에 비즈가 구비되어 있는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류염소 검지용 센서의 자동세척장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 자동세척장치의 세척조 하단에는 외부에서 공급된 전원에 의해 자동 또는 수동으로 구동되어 자장을 발생시키는 직류모터 및 스테이터와, 상기 스테이터에 발생된 자장에 의해 일정 속도로 회전이 이루어져 세척조에 유입된 샘플수의 와류를 더욱 효과적으로 발생시키는 로터가 구비된 와류발생장치가 상기 세척조의 하단에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류염소 검지용 센서의 자동세척장치.
