본 고안은 기존의 보강토 옹벽 구조에 비하여 공사기간면에서 향상된 H말뚝을 이용한 조립식 보강토 옹벽 구조를 제시하고자 하는 것으로써 이를 도면을 이용하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention is to propose a prefabricated reinforced soil retaining wall structure using the H pile improved in the construction period as compared to the existing reinforced earth retaining wall structure as described below with reference to the drawings.
우선 도 4a와 같이 H형강(30)에 구멍(32)을 뚫고 ㄷ자형 볼트(34)와 너트 또는 용접에 의하여 보강재 연결고리를 만들거나 도 4b와 같이 ㄷ자형 볼트를 연결한 후 ㄷ자형 볼트를 보강재와 연결할 수 있도록 연결부를 제외하고 H형강(30)을 콘크리트(36)로 피복하되 지중에 타입되는 아래 부분은 피복하지 않도록 하여 항타 관입성을 유지하도록 한다. 상기 콘크리트 피복 H형강의 오목형 연결부는 H형강의 플랜지 부분에 위치하여 지반보강재를 연결할 수 있도록 ㄷ자형 볼트의 가로봉이 오목한 부분에 오도록 콘크리트합성 H형강말뚝(42b)이 제작된다. 그리고 판넬형 전면판은 도 5와 같이 기존의 전면판보다 긴 장방형으로서 전면판의 내부에는 도 6a와 같이 수직봉의 안쪽에 가로봉을 지압력에 저항하도록 배근하여 도6b에 보인 것처럼 가로봉에 보강재가 연결될 수 있도록 오목형 연결봉(40)를 설치하여 운반 및 적재시 편리하도록 제작한다. 전면판은 최상부용(44a), 중간용(44b), 최하부용(44c)으로 한 개의 턱을 갖고 있어 상·하 판넬간 전후로의 움직임에 저항하도록 단순형(도 5a)으로 제작하거나 최상부용(46a), 중간용(46b), 최하부용(46c)과 같이 요철형(도 5b)으로 판넬이 앞뒤와 좌우로 맞물려 상·하·좌·우로의 움직임이 없도록 제작하여 H형강말뚝의 복부(38)에 판넬형 전면판(44, 46)을 삽입하는 구조이다. 본 고안의 보강토 옹벽구조를 완성하기 위하여는 우선 정리된 시공기면상에 일정간격으로 도 7a 또는 7b와 같이 H형강말뚝(도 7a) 또는 콘크리트합성 H형강말뚝(도 7b), 즉 H형강말뚝을 타입한 후 도 8에 보인 바와 같이 프리캐스트 판넬형 전면판(44, 46)을 타입된 말뚝의 복부(38)에 끼워 넣은 후 보강재(24)를 판넬형 전면판의 오목한 연결부(40)와 말뚝의 ㄷ자형 연결부(34)에 연결하고 배면토사를 다진다.
