Claims (12)
- 화학식 I의 벤즈알데히드 유도체와 아세트알데히드를 알칼리 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 II의 신나밀알데히드 유도체 또는 이의 염의 제조방법.화학식 I화학식 II위의 화학식 I 및 화학식 II에서,R은 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알킬 그룹 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알콕시 그룹 중의 어느 하나를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 수용액 중에서 0 내지 -20℃의 온도 범위에서 수행되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 당해 반응에서 수용액 중의 벤즈알데히드 유도체에 아세트알데히드를 12 내지 96시간 동안 첨가하는 공정을 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당해 반응에서 수용액 중 0 내지 -20℃에서 벤즈알데히드 유도체에 아세트알데히드를 12 내지 96시간 동안 첨가하는 공정을 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 메톡시 그룹인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신나밀알데히드 유도체가 (2E)-(3-하이드록시-4-메톡시)신나밀알데히드이고, 당해 반응에서 수용액 중 0 내지 -20℃에서 이소바닐린에 아세트알데히드를 12 내지 96시간 동안 첨가하는 공정을 포함하며, 융점이 적어도 140℃인 당해 신나밀알데히드 유도체 결정을 생성시키는 제조방법.
- 화학식 II의 신나밀알데히드 유도체를 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 수득한 후, 당해 화학식 II의 신나밀알데히드 유도체를 환원 촉매의 존재하에 수소에 의해 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 선택적으로 환원시키는 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 III의 프로피온알데히드 유도체의 제조방법.화학식 III위의 화학식 III에서,R은 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알킬 그룹 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알콕시 그룹 중의 어느 하나를 나타낸다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 선택적으로 환원시키는 반응이 수소 첨가 촉매의 존재하에 수소화되는 것인 제조방법.
- 화학식 III의 프로피온알데히드 유도체를 제7항에 따르는 방법으로 수득한 후, 당해 프로피온알데히드 유도체와 아스파탐을 환원적 알킬화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 IV의 아스파틸 디펩티드 에스테르 유도체 또는 이의 염의 제조방법.화학식 IV위의 화학식 IV에서,R은 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알킬 그룹 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알콕시 그룹 중의 어느 하나를 나타낸다.
- 화학식 II의 신나밀알데히드 유도체를 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 수득한 후, 당해 신나밀알데히드 유도체와 아스파탐을 환원적 알킬화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 IV의 아스파틸 디펩티드 에스테르 유도체 또는 이의 염의 제조방법.화학식 IV위의 화학식 IV에서,R은 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알킬 그룹 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알콕시 그룹 중의 어느 하나를 나타낸다.
- 순도가 적어도 95중량%이고 융점이 적어도 145℃임을 특징으로 하는 (2E)-(3-하이드록시-4-메톡시)신나밀알데히드 결정.
- 제11항에 있어서, 분말 X선 회절법으로 측정한 경우, 적어도 13.75°, 16.53°, 24.43° 및 27.75°의 회절 각도(2θ, CuKα선)에서 회절 X선의 피크를 나타내는 결정.
