Description
Claims (4)
- 하부 유리기판 상부에 접착층, 투명 유기막, 빛을 열로 변환시키는 막 및 지지필름층으로 이루어진 전사필름을 형성하는 공정과; 상기 전사필름 상에 선택적으로 열 이미징 또는 레이저 전사를 실시하여 스페이서 형성영역을 정의하는 공정과; 상기 열 이미징 또는 레이저 전사를 통해 정의되지 않은 영역의 전사필름을 제거하여 스페이서 패턴을 형성하는 공정과; 상기 스페이서 패턴이 형성된 결과물 상에 러빙을 실시하는 공정과; 상기 러빙이 실시된 하부 유리기판 상에 상부 유리기판을 합착하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층, 투명 유기막, 빛을 열로 변환시키는 막 및 지지필름층으로 이루어진 전사필름은 빛을 열로 변환시키는 막의 상부에 투명층 또는 색상층을 포함하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열 이미징 또는 레이저 전사를 통해 정의되지 않은 영역의 전사필름은 떼어내는 방식으로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 스페이서 형성방법.
- 하부 유리기판 상에 러빙을 실시하는 공정과; 상기 러빙이 실시된 하부 유리기판 상부에 접합층, 투명 유기막, 빛을 열로 변환시키는 막 및 지지필름층으로 이루어진 전사필름을 형성하는 공정과; 상기 전사필름 상에 선택적으로 열 이미징 또는 레이저 전사를 실시하여 스페이서 형성영역을 정의하는 공정과; 상기 열 이미징 또는 레이저 전사를 통해 정의되지 않은 영역의 전사필름을 제거하여 스페이서 패턴을 형성하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 스페이서 형성방법.
