Claims (9)
- A) A1) 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 (HDI) 100 내지 70 몰%, 및 A2) HDI외의 다른 1종 이상의 지방족 디이소시아네이트 0 내지 30 몰%의 혼합물,B) B1) 수평균 분자량이 2,500 내지 10,000 g/몰이며, 폴리옥시프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜, 및 프로필렌 옥시드 및 에틸렌 옥시드 기재의 코폴리옥시알킬렌 디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 폴리올 100 내지 70 중량%, 및 B2) 수평균 분자량이 600 내지 10,000 g/몰이며, B1)과는 상이한 폴리올 0 내지 30 중량%의 혼합물과C) 수평균 분자량이 60 내지 500 g/몰인 1종 이상의 쇄 연장제를임의로는 (D) 촉매 존재하에 반응시켜 제조한 연질 폴리우레탄을 포함하고;폴리올 B1) 및 B2)의 합에 대한 디이소시아네이트 A)의 당량비인 상기 폴리우레탄의 당량비가 1.5:1.0 내지 30.0:1.0이고, NCO 지수가 95 내지 105인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물 B)가 B의 중량에 대하여 B1) 100%로 이루어지고; 쇄 연장제 C)가 C의 중량에 대하여 1,6-헥산디올 80 내지 100% 및 1,6-헥산디올과 상이한 1종 이상의 쇄 연장제 0 내지 20%로 이루어지며, 수평균 분자량이 60 내지 500 g/몰인 조성물.
- 성형물을 제조함을 포함하는, 제1항의 열가소성 성형 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 압출하여 부품을 제조함을 포함하는, 제1항의 열가소성 성형 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 사출 성형하여 부품을 제조함을 포함하는, 제1항의 열가소성 성형 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 소결가능한 분말을 제조하고 평판 구조물을 제조함을 포함하는, 제1항의 열가소성 성형 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 소결가능한 분말을 제조하고 중공체를 제조함을 포함하는, 제1항의 열가소성 성형 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 제1항의 열가소성 성형 조성물을 포함하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, UV 안정화제, 산화방지제, 윤활제, 점착방지제, 억제제, 가수분해 안정화제, 열 안정화제, 탈색 안정화제, 방염제, 염료, 안료, 무기 및 유기 충전제, 및 강화제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 더 포함하는 조성물.
