Claims (3)
- 공기를 흡입하여 반제품 유리(A)측으로 송풍하도록 송풍수단(40)을 갖춘 에어덕트(30)와, 상기 에어덕트(30)의 단부에 배치되어 반제품 유리(A)에 공기를 분사시키는 분사노즐(21)(22)을 구비한 강화유리 제조시스템의 냉각장치에 있어서,상기 냉각장치는 상기 에어덕트(30)와 연결되는 배출구(52)와 외부공기가 유입되는 유입구(51)가 형성된 냉기챔버(50)와, 상기 냉기챔버(50)내에 설치되어 냉기를 생성하는 냉동사이클(60)의 증발기(61)를 더 구비하여 반제품 유리(A)에 냉기를 분사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화유리 제조시스템의 냉각장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉기챔버(50)의 유입구(51)에는 공기와 함께 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 필터부재(53)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 강화유리 제조시스템의 냉각장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉기챔버(50)에는 상기 유입구(51)와 연통되어 상기 냉기챔버(50)내로 외부공기의 흡입을 안내하며 내부에 상기 증발기(61)가 설치되는 흡입덕트(54)가 마련되며,상기 증발기(61)와 상기 유입구(51) 사이에는 외부공기를 강제 흡입하기 위한 팬(65)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 강화유리 제조시스템의 냉각장치.
