Claims (10)
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄(a)과 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹을 함유하는 제1 중합체성 탄화수소인 상용화제(b)와의 블렌드 또는 반응성 생성물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 중합체성 탄화수소가 폴리프로필렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 폴리-α-메틸스티렌, 폴리비닐톨루엔 및 에틸렌-스티렌 인터폴리머로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고, 상용화제가 화학식 5의 팬던트 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹(여기서, 팬던트 그룹의 농도는, 상용화제의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1중량% 이상 2중량% 이하이다)을 함유하는 조성물.위의 화학식 5에서,X는 NH 또는 O이고,R1은 H 또는 C1-C4알킬이고,R은 각각 독립적으로 H, -CH3또는 -CH2CH3이고,x는 0 내지 50이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 Tg가 50℃를 초과하는 엔지니어링 열가소성 폴리우레탄이고, 제1 중합체성 탄화수소가 폴리프로필렌 또는 에틸렌-1-옥텐 공중합체이고, x가 0이고, R1및 R이 각각 H인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 Tg가 25℃ 미만인 연질 열가소성 폴리우레탄이고, R1이 메틸이고, R이 H인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 폴리-α-메틸스티렌, 폴리비닐톨루엔 및 에틸렌-스티렌 인터폴리머로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 제2 중합체성 탄화수소를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄(a), 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹을 함유하는 제1 중합체성 탄화수소인 상용화제(b) 및 제2 중합체성 탄화수소(c)의 블렌드 또는 반응성 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물에 있어서,제1 및 제2 중합체성 탄화수소가 각각 독립적으로 폴리프로필렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 폴리-α-메틸스티렌, 폴리비닐톨루엔 및 에틸렌-스티렌 인터폴리머로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 Tg가 50℃를 초과하는 엔지니어링 열가소성 폴리우레탄이고, 제2 중합체성 탄화수소가 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-1-옥텐 공중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌이며, 상용화제가 화학식 6의 팬던트 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹(여기서, 팬던트 그룹의 농도는, 상용화제의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1중량% 이상 2중량% 이하이다)을 함유하는 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-1-옥텐 공중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌이며, 단 제2 중합체성 탄화수소가 폴리프로필렌이면, 상용화제는 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 조성물.위의 화학식 6에서,X는 NH 또는 O이다.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리설폰, 폴리아릴레이트, 폴리아릴렌 옥사이드, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 및 폴리에테르 락톤으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 제2 엔지니어링 열가소성 물질을 추가로 포함하고, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 Tg가 50℃를 초과하는 엔지니어링 열가소성 폴리우레탄인 조성물.
- 반응성 조건하에 열가소성 폴리우레탄(a)과 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹을 함유하는 제1 중합체성 탄화수소인 상용화제(b)를 배합하는 단계를 포함하는 상용화 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,상용화제가 화학식 2의 팬던트 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹(여기서, 팬던트 그룹의 농도는, 상용화제의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1중량% 이상 2중량% 이하이다)을 함유하는 방법.화학식 2위의 화학식 2에서,X는 NH 또는 O이고,R은 각각 독립적으로 H, -CH3또는 -CH2CH3이고,x는 0 내지 50이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 Tg가 50℃를 초과하는 엔지니어링열가소성 폴리우레탄이고, x가 0이고, R이 H이고, 제2 중합체성 탄화수소를 열가소성 폴리우레탄 및 상용화제와 함께 배합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고, 블렌드에 첨가된 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 농도가 상용화제, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 제2 중합체성 탄화수소 및 제2 엔지니어링 열가소성 물질의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 10중량%이고, 블렌드에 첨가된 상용화제의 농도가 상용화제, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 제2 중합체성 탄화수소 및 제2 엔지니어링 열가소성 물질의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 10%인 방법.
