Claims (1)
- 규소강판의 제조방법에 있어서,통상의 규소강판의 표면을 세정하여 표면에 부착된 불순물을 제거한 다음, 불순물이 제거된 강판의 온도를 200℃ 이상, 1,400℃ 이하로 유지한 상태에서 전자빔을 조사하여 증착막의 양면 총 두께를 기준으로 상기 규소강판의 두께 대비 2.2~ 15.5%의 범위에서 실리콘을 상기 규소강판의 표면에 진공증착한 후, 실리콘이 증착된 강판을 900~ 1200℃의 온도에서 확산 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 초고규소강판의 제조방법.
