Claims (4)
- 데이터 신호선(Data line)과 연결되는 다이오드와; 부하단인 디스플레이 화소(display pixel)와 연결되는 다이오드와; 상기 다이오드의 에노우드단자에는 스위치 신호선(Switch on- off signal)과 연결되는 바이어스 저항과; 상기 부하단인 디스플레이 화소(display pixel)에 다이오드를 통해서 리세트 라인(Reset line)이 접속되는 TRS에 있어서, 상기 부하단인 디스플레이 화소(display pixel)에 오프 전류를 감소하기 위하여 하나 이상의 다이오드를 접속하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이오드 정류 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 화소(display pixel)에 접속되는 하나 이상의 다이오드는 직렬로 접속하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이오드 정류 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리세트 라인(Reset line)에 하나 이상의 다이오드를 접속하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이오드 정류 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 신호선(Data line)에 하나 이상의 다이오드를 직렬로 접속하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이오드 정류 스위치.
