Claims (2)
- 냉매의 압축량이 많은 대용량 압축기와, 냉매의 압축량이 적은 소용량 압축기를 이용하여 1개의 냉동 및 공조 사이클을 이루는 공조 시스템에서 전자팽창변을 개도시 전자팽창변의 펄스값을 이용하는 2개의 압축기를 갖는 공조 시스템의 전자팽창변을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,압축기 기동후 운전시간이 (Ts-a)에 도달하면 전자팽창변 펄스값을 초기값에서 P1으로 변경하는 단계(100)와;압축기 운전시간이 (Tm-b)에 도달하면 전자팽창변 펄스값을 P1에서 P2로 변경하는 단계(200)와;압축기 운전시간이 (T1-c)에 도달하면 전자팽창변 펄스값을 P2에서 목표값으로 변경하는 단계(300)와;압축기 운전시간이 T2에 도달한 후 과열도 제어를 시작하는 단계(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2개의 압축기를 갖는 공조시스템의 전자팽창변 제어방법.상기 P1= 초기 펄스값+소용량 압축기 용량비(%)×목표값/100P2= 초기 펄스값+대용량 압축기 용량비(%)×목표값/100T1= 목표 펄스값 도달 시간, T2= 과열도 제어 시작시간Ts= 소용량 압축기 용량비(%)×T1/100Tm= 대용량 압축기 용량비(%)×T1/100a: 전자팽창변 개도 변경시간(초기값→P1)b: 전자팽창변 개도 변경시간(P1 →P2)c: 전자팽창변 개도 변경시간(P2 →목표값)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전자팽창변의 펄스값을 초기값에서 P1으로 변경시 대용량 압축기 용량비를 사용하고 , 전자팽창변의 펄스값을 P1에서 P2로 변경시 소용량 압축기 용량비를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 2개의 압축기를 갖는 공조 시스템의 전자팽창변 제어방법
