Biochem. 6, 151(1995)], 모든 사료와 물을 자유급식하였다. 카페테리아 다이어트를 2주간 급여한 후, 카페테리아 다이어트를 급여한 2군 중 1군에게 상기 실시예 2에서 제조한 비만용 식품을 0.4ml가 되게 증류수와 혼합하여 하루 2회 각각 경구투여하였으며, 다른 1군(비만 대조군)에 대하여는 같은 부피(0.4ml)의 생리 식염수를 경구투여하였다. 카페테리아 다이어트로는 쿠키, 비스켓, 쵸콜렛, 땅콩, 치즈, 감자칩, 아몬드, 소세지 및 햄을 급여하였고, 투여량은 사람의 1일 사용량과 사람과 쥐의 체중비율로부터 환산하여 투여하였다. 시료를 6주간 경구투여한 후, 심장에서 혈액을 채취하고, 간, 신장 지방조직(renal fat pad) 및 정소상체 지방조직(epididiymal fat pad)을 잘라내어 무게를 측정하였다.The test animals used in this experiment were purchased from 30 Sprague-Dawley male rats of 3 weeks of age, fed commercial pellet food for 1 week, and divided into 3 groups of 10 animals.
