Claims (7)
- 추공 및 척추관의 경막외극으로 후측면 내시경이 접근하기 위한 통로를 만들기 위해 척추의 상하 관절돌기(소위 면접합이라 함)의 협동쌍으로부터 뼈, 피막 및 피막인대를 제거하는 단계;연속하여 상기 통로를 따라 직경이 증가하는 도구를 도입하는 단계;상기 도구는 추간판탈출 물질을 가시화하고 신경근 또는 경막낭의 존재를 체크하기 위해서 내시경의 작동 배관(40)을 통하여 도입하는 단계; 및도구(64)를 이용하여 작동 배관내에 상기 추간판탈출로부터 유도된 연조직을 도입하고 상기 배관을 통해 상기 연조직을 회수함으로써 추공과 척추관내의 신경 조직에 압력을 완화시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈출된 추간판탈출을 감압하기 위한 방법.
- 내시경적 연조직 제거 도구(64)와 상기 도구가 도입될 수 있도록 하는 작동 배관(40)을 포함하며, 상기 장치는 후측면 내시경이 추공과 척추관으로 접근할 수 있도록 하는 통로를 만들기 위해 척추의 상하 접합과정의 협동쌍으로부터 뼈를 제거하는 도구 세트(54, 56)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추간판탈출을 감압하기 위한 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 뼈 제거 도구 세트는 외경이 점차적으로 증가하는 투관침 막대 세트(54) 및 이에 대응하는 구멍 톱 도구 세트(56)를 포함하며, 상기 구멍 톱 도구 세트는 각기 그에 대응하는 투관침 튜브의 외주에 잘 맞춤되며 치료중인 탈출된 척추추간판에 대응하는 척추의 면접합 주위에 있는 골재를 관통하여 구멍을 뚫을 수 있도록 상기 튜브상에서 회전할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 상기 추간판탈출을 감압하기 위한 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 구멍 톱 도구들 각각의 내부 직경이 1.0㎜씩 차이남을 특징으로 하는 상기 추간판탈출을 감압하기 위한 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 가장 큰 직경을 갖는 구멍 톱 도구의 외부 직경이 8.5㎜임을 특징으로 하는 상기 추간판탈출을 감압하기 위한 장치.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가장 큰 구멍 톱의 외부 직경에 대응하는 외부 직경을 갖는 작동관(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 추간판탈출을 감압하기 위한 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 작동 배관의 말단끝이 상기 작동관의 원주의 반까지만 연장된 리베이트(66)를 구비하며, 이로써 상기 작동 배관내에 채용되는 집게 도구의 한쪽 조가 넓게 개구되며, 상기 작동 배관의 말단끝의 리베이트가 없는 부분이 상기 집게 도구의 다른쪽 조를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 추간판탈출을 감압하기 위한 장치.
