Abstract

각종 무기질 재료로된 건축물 내외장 보드재료에 맥반석 분말이나 굵은 입자를 첨가하여 보드를 제조하므로써 보드내의 공해물질의 방출을 예방, 소독하고 취급하는 인체에는 유익한 효과를 주는 보드이다.

Description

건축용 맥반석 보드{Elvan board for construction}
본 발명은 건축물 내외장용 맥반석 보드에 관한 것으로서, 특히 건축물 내외장용 석고보드(판), 시멘트 보드(판), 석면 보드(판), 석재 분말보드(판) 및 칼슘 실리케이트보드(판), 유리섬유보강보드(판)등의 주재료인 석고, 시멘트, 석면, 석재, 칼슘실리케이트, 유리등에 맥반석을 혼합하여 제조되는 맥반석 보드(판)에 관한 것이다.
현재까지는 건축물 내외장용 보드로서 석고, 석면, 유리, 시멘트, 석재, 칼슘실리케이트와 같은 무기질 각각을 주재로 하여 용도에 따라 보드를 제조하여 왔으나 상기와 같은 무기질은 모두 중금속, 세균, 분진등 각종 공해 물질들이 다량 함유되어 있어서 보드의 제조과정에서나 보드로 건축물 시공시에 인체에 유해한 물질들의 방출은 막대한 공해 요인이 되었었다.
본 발명은 상기한 바와같은 종래의 건축물 내외장용 보드중 무기질 보드의결점을 개선하여 중금속이나 세균 또는 분진등으로부터의 오염을 제거하면서 오히려 보드의 제조시에나 취급시에 인체에 유익한 원적외선을 방출하게하여 혈액순환 촉진, 신진대사의 활성화, 고혈압 예방, 비만, 당뇨등 각종 성인병을 예방하는 효과를 얻을 수 있는 보드를 제공코저하는 것으로서 이를 실예를 들어 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
석재 분말이나 굵은 입자가 주성분인 석재 보드, 석면이 주성분인 석면 보드, 시멘트가 주성분인 시멘트 보드, 석고가 주성분인 석고 보드, 칼슘 실리케이트가 주성분인 칼슘실리케이트 보드의 각각의 주재료인 석재, 석면, 시멘트, 석고 및 칼슘실리케이트에 각 보드 재료 중량에 대하여 5~10wt%의 맥반석 분말이나 굵은 입자중에서 선택적으로 첨가하여 각각의 보드를 제조하는 것으로 구성된다.
이상과 같이 구성되는 맥반석 보드는 각종 무기질이 주성분인 각종 보드 조성물에 맥반석이 함유되어 있으므로 맥반석으로 부터 혈액순환 촉진 및 신진대사 활성화 및 고혈압, 비만등 성인병 예방등의 효과가 있는 인체에 유익한 원적외선이 방출되므로 그 각종 보드를 제조시에나 건축물에 시공시에도 인체에 위해를 끼치지 않고 오히려 상기한 바와같은 유익한 효과를 주면서 원적외선의 고유특성인 살균, 소독, 정화 특성에 의하여 각종 무기질 보드로부터 방출되는 중금속의 독성이나 세균등을 살균, 소독, 정화하는 작용이 있으므로 안전하게 취급할 수 있는 것이다.
상기에서 맥반석을 5~10wt% 첨가하는 것은 그 이하에서는 원적외선 방사효과가 약하고 그 이상에서는 거의 유사하므로 그 정도가 바람직한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 맥반석을 첨가하여 제조되는 각종 맥반석 보드는 맥반석에서 방출되는 원적외선에 의한 중금속의 독성 제거, 세균의 살균 소독 및 인체에 유익한 영향을 주는 효과가 있다.

  1. 석재 분말이나 굵은 입자가 주성분인 석재보드, 석면이 주성분인 석면 보드, 시멘트가 주성분인 시멘트 보드, 석고가 주성분인 석고 보드, 칼슘 실리케이트가 주성분인 칼슘실리케이트 보드의 각각의 주재료인 석재, 석면, 시멘트, 석고 및 칼슘실리케이트에 각 보드 재료 중량에 대하여 5~10wt%의 맥반석 분말이나 굵은 입자중에서 선택적으로 첨가하여 각각의 보드를 제조하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 건축용 맥반석 보드.
