Claims (15)
- 질산암모늄 및 유기 바인더를 포함하는 가스발생제에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제를 안정시키기 위한 안정제를 함유하고 있으며, 여기에서 상기 안정제는 부대전자를 갖춘 질소원자를 가지는 적어도 하나의 질소함유 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 질소함유 화합물은 아민류, 이민류, 아미드류, 우레탄류 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 질소함유 화합물은 질소원자에 직접적으로 결합되는 직선 사슬 형상의 원자단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 질소함유 화합물의 중량평균분자량은 250 내지 10000인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 질소함유 화합물은 옥시에틸렌 도데실아민, 폴리옥시에틸렌 도데실아민, 폴리옥시에틸렌 옥타데실아민, 1,1-(페닐렌디카르보닐)비스(2-메틸아지리딘), 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 질산암모늄은 가스발생제 내에서 산화에 영향 받는 수소 및 탄소원자 중 적어도 하나를 가지는 성분에 대하여 1.0 내지 1.4의 화학량론적 비율로 가스발생제 내에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제는 가스발생제 내의 모든 탄소원자를 이산화탄소로 변환시키고 가스발생제 내의 모든 수소원자를 물로 변환시키기에 충분한 양 만큼의 질산암모늄을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제의 총중량에 대하여 질산암모늄의 비율은 80 내지 94중량%이고, 유기 바인더의 비율은 5 내지 15중량%이고, 안정제의 비율은 0.05 내지 4중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 바인더는 셀룰로즈계 고분자; 폴리비닐계 고분자; 폴리에스테르계 고분자, 폴리우레탄계 고분자 및 폴리에테르계 고분자를 포함하는 열가소성 엘라스토머류; 옥세탄류; 다당류; 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제의 연소속도를 향상시키는 연소향상제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제의 자연적인 열화를 방지하는 경시안정제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제의 연소성능을 향상시키기 위한 추가 산화제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제는 승객 보호장치 용으로 유용하며 200회 반복되는 -40℃와 100℃ 사이의 온도변화를 견딜 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제.
- 질산암모늄 및 유기 바인더를 함유하고 일정한 길이 및 반경치수를 가지는 가스발생제 입자에 있어서, 상기 가스발생제 입자는 가스발생제를 안정시키기 위한 안정제를 함유하고 있으며, 여기에서 상기 안정제는 부대전자를 갖춘 질소원자를포함하는 적어도 하나의 질소함유 화합물로 이루어지는 것과, 상기 길이 및 반경치수 중에서 최소값은 0.1 내지 7㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제 입자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 축선방향으로 뻗어 있는 적어도 하나의 관통구멍으로 한정되는 적어도 하나의 벽을 가지는 튜브이며, 여기에서 상기 길이, 반경치수, 및 벽두께 중에서 최소값은 0.1 내지 7㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스발생제 입자.
