Claims (19)
- 작용화된 실옥산, 폴리에테르, 작용화된 폴리에테르, 또는 탄소계 중합체로 특정 무기 미네랄을 표면 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 블로킹 방지제의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 미네랄이 활석, 칼슘 카보네이트, 점토 및 실리카로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 작용화된 실옥산이 작용화된 알킬 폴리사이클로메틸실옥산인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 작용화된 알킬 폴리사이클로메틸실옥산이 1 이상의 카복실, 아미노, 아미도, 티오, 술포 또는 포스포 그룹으로 작용화되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실옥산이 옥틸트리에톡시실옥산, 트리아미노 작용성 실옥산, 비스-(감마트리메톡시실리프로필)아민으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 작용화된 실옥산이 구조식 [Si(CH3)(R)-O-Si(CH3)(R)-O]n을 가지고 분자량이 100 내지 100,000 a.m.u.인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실옥산이 구조식 SiR4를 가지고, R이 작용화된 알킬 그룹 또는 작용화된 알콕시 그룹인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르가 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)비스-(카복시메틸) 에테르, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) 디메틸 에테르, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜-400) 디스테아레이트 등으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 작용화된 폴리에테르가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 기타 작용화된 폴리에테르, 예를 들어 알킬 카복실레이트, 알킬 아민, 알킬 아미드, 알킬 설페이트, 알킬 티올, 알킬 술포네이트, 알킬 포스페이트, 알킬 포스포네이트(알킬 카복실레이트가 바람직함)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(PEG)이고 작용화된 폴리에테르가 알킬 카복실레이트 작용화된 PEG인 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 및 작용화된 폴리에테르가 일반식 H-(OCHR(CH2)xCHR1)n-OH를 가지고 분자량이 100 내지 100,000 a.m.u.인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄소계 중합체가 작용화된 폴리올레핀 말레산/올레핀 공중합체, 말레산/스티렌 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 탄소계 중합체가 말레산/스티렌 공중합체인 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 탄소계 중합체가 하기 일반식을 가지고:분자량이 1,000 내지 10,000,000 a.m.u.이며 x와 y가 중합체내의 각 단량체 단위의 비율을 나타내는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 물질이 활석인 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 물질을 무기 미네랄의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10%의 탄소계 중합체로 처리하는 방법.
- 활석, 칼슘 카보네이트, 점토 및 실리카로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 무기 미네랄 코어 성분, 및 작용화된 실옥산, 폴리에테르, 작용화된 폴리에테르, 및 탄소계 중합체로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 표면 처리 성분을 포함하는 조성물.
- 블로킹 방지제로서 제 16 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- 제 16 항에 따른 조성물을 함유하는 폴리올레핀.
- 제 18 항에 따른 폴리올레핀 필름.
