Claims (3)
- 스파크 플러그와 스파크 플러그에 조립되는 캡 부재를 포함하고, 상기 캡 부재는 상기 스파크 플러그의 소켓안으로 삽입하기 위해서 캡 부재 단부에서 돌출하는 링 섹션을 가지고 형성되어지며, 스파크 플러그의 점화 전극은 캡 부재의 내부 벽에 밀폐되는 스파크 플러그 구조체에 있어서,상기 캡 부재의 내부벽은 몇몇의 채널과 몇몇의 입구 및 출구를 가지고 형성되어지며, 상기 입구 및 출구와 접촉되는 채널의 단부는 몇몇의 팁을 가지고 형성되어지며, 이것에 의해 스파크 플러그가 스파크되면, 엔진의 출력 마력을 증가시키고 완전 연소를 얻으면서 실린더안에 오일 가스를 연소시키기 위하여 화염 빔을 생성하는 순간적인 폭발이 캡 부재안에서 발생되고, 상기 팁이 점화공간을 확장하고 점화하는 동안에 점화 지점의 수를 증가시키도록 작용하여, 스파크 플러그가 점화에 결코 실패하지 않고 스파크 플러그의 사용 수명이 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 플러그 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,캡 부재는 스파크 플러그와 일체적으로 형성되는 폭발 챔버로서 작용하고, 폭발 챔버는 몇몇의 입구 및 출구를 가지고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 플러그 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,입구 및 출구의 수와 형상은 자동차의 흡입/배기의 특징에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 플러그 구조체.
