Abstract

장판지 표면에 무기게루마늄과 은입자를 함유케 하고 발포면에 자성체 입자를 넣어 착자 시킨 것이다.

기능장판지{.}
장판지에서 대량의 원적외선이 발생되고 음전하 상태를 인위적 유지케 하여 인체와 전하적 친화상태를 이루는데 있다.
종래 염화비닐등 장판지에서 표면부에 무기 게루마늄과 은입자를 섞어 구조하고 발포층에 MK 강이나, 알리코, 바륨페라이트등 자성체를 0.5∼1Ømm 크기로 넣어 구조하고 이렇게 조합된 장판지에 25∼151H2자장을 가하는 것이다.

염화비닐계등 장판지를 구성함에 표면부에 무기게루마늄과 은입자를 94:3:3비율로 구조하고 인쇄층과 0.5∼1Ømm 크기의 MK강이나 알리코, 바륨페라이트등 자성체를 섞어 구조한 발포층을 접합한 후 25 ∼151 H2의 자장을 가해 구조된 장판지이다.
32℃에서 가장 원적외선이 활발히 나오고 음전하를 띤 은입자가 활성화되어 인체를 인위적으로 적절하게 친화적으로 하는데 효과가 있다.

  1. 염화비닐계등 장판지를 구성함에 표면부에 무기게루마늄과 은입자를 94:3:3비율로 구조하고 인쇄층과 0.5∼1Ømm 크기의 MK강이나 알리코, 바륨페라이트등 자성체를 섞어 구조한 발포층을 접합한 후 25 ∼151 H2의 자장을 가해 구조된 장판지.
