Claims (4)
- 평판표시소자의 복수의 전극이 선단이 기판 외측으로 인출되어 전극패드를 형성하고 이 전극패드에 복수의 접속전극을 가지는 접속구를 접합하여 접속할때, 상기 전극패드와 접속구에 각각 마아킹을 형성하여 양 마아킹을 정합시킴으로써 상기 전극패드에 상기 접속구를 정합시키는 구조에 있어서, 상기 전극패드(D)의 전극(X, X', Y, S)중의 적어도 어느 한 전극(X')의 선단에 한 마아킹(M1)을 음각으로 형성하고, 상기 접속구(FPC)의 대응부분에 상기 마아킹(M1)에 대응하는 다른 마아킹(M2, M2')를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시소자의 정합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속구(FPC)의 마아킹(M2')이 상기 접속전극(E, E1)중의 어느 한 접속전극(E1)의 선단에 음각으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시소자의 정합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극패드(D)의 최외단 전극(X')의 외측으로 인출부(4)를 연장하고 이 인출부(4)에 상기 마아킹(M1)을 음각으로 형성하며, 상기 접속구(FPC)의 대응부분에 대응마아킹(M2)을 양각으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시소자의 정합구조.
- 제1항 또는 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극(X)이 선택전극(Y)과 보조전극(S)으로 구성되고, 상기 보조전극(S)의 선단을 접속패턴(K)으로 연결하며, 상기 접속패턴(K)의 적어도 어느 일단에 ㄱ자형태의 접속단(1)을 형성하여 상기 접속단(1)이 상기 인출부(4)를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시소자의 정합구조.
