Claims (4)
- 석정반(2)의 표면에 형성된 부상판 안내홈(5)에 설치되는 부상판(4)과, 상기 부상판(4)에 일측이 울러지도록 설치되는 피측정물이 놓여지는 사인바(1)와, 상부에는 높이조절용 핸들(7)이 설치되고, 내부에는 상기 높이조절용핸들(7)과 결합되고 일측면에 스케일 카운터(24)가 부착된 이송안내블록(25)이 체결된 스크루(26)가 설치되고, 내면에는 상기 스케일 카운터(24)와 마주보도록 리니어 스케일(23)이 설치되고, 상기 이송안내블록(25)에 결합된 지지용 홀더(8)로 상기 부상판(4)과 결합되도록 상기 석정반(2)에 고정 설치되는 높이게이지(3)와, 상기 석정반(2)에 고정설치되고 상면에 리니어 스케일(30)이 설치된 이송베이스(16)와, 검출기(12)가 설치되고 양즉 내면에는 상기 이송베이스(16)에 형성된 안내레일(31)에 대응하는 홈(33)이 형성되고 하면에는 스케일 카운터(24)가 설치된 이송테이블(21)과, 상기 이송데이블(21)의 하면에 부착된 이송안내블록(25)이 체결되고 일측에 스텝모터(19)가 설치된 볼스크루(17)로 이루어지는 정밀가이드(18)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 테이퍼 각도 측정장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부상판(4)은 바닥면에 자석(22)을 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이퍼 각도 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정밀가이드(18)는 상기 스텝모터(19)의 구동시 충격을완화하기 위해 커플링(28)을 부가 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이퍼 각도 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정밀가이드(18)는, 원활한 볼 스크루(17)의 구동을 위하여 베어렁(29)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이퍼 각도 측정장치.
