Abstract
본 고안은 판넬을 이루는 합판과 표면지 사이에 벌집형태의 격벽(HONEYCOM)을 설치한 다음 이 격벽 사이에 황토흙을 채워서 된 건축용 판넬을 형성하되 판넬 전면에는 종이로 표면지를 이루고 배면에는 접착부를 갖는 이형지를 구비시켜 판넬 시공시 접착부를 이용하여 간단용이하게 부착할 수 있도록 한 구성으로서, 본 고안은 사용시 판넬 내의 황토흙에서 원적외선이 방사되도록 하고 흙 냄새가 나도록하여 거주자의 건강을 증진시키도록 하고 아파트 사무실등의 콘크리트 건물에서도 옛날전통 한옥의 흙벽 효과와 동일한 작용효과를 갖도록 고안된 황토흙이 내장된 건축용 내·외장판넬에 관한것이다.
Description
본 고안은 건축용 내·외장 판넬에 관한 것으로써, 판넬 내부에 다각형의 격벽을 형성시킨 다음 이의 사이에 황토흙을 채워서 배면에는 합판을 접착하고, 전면에는 종이로된 표면지를 부착시켜서된 것으로 시공이 간편하며 설치시 원적외선이 방사되고 흙 냄새가 발생되어 인체의 건강을 유지시킬 수 있도록 고안된 황토흙이 내장된 건축용 내·외장판넬에 관한 것이다.
종래의 건축용 내·외장판넬은 합판과 합판을 수겹 적층 시켜서 된 목재판넬과 또는 일측면에 단열재가 부착된 석고보드, 밤라이트(평스레트)등이 사용되었으나 이는 단순이 건축용벽재 혹은 칸막이를 하기 위한 것에 불과한 것으로서 이를 사용시 인간의 건강에는 조금의 도움도 되지못하는 것이 현재 사용되고 있는 건축자재의 실정이며 이 또한 앞으로 해결해야 할 과제인 것이다, 이렇게 건축 내·외장재가 콘크리트나 석면, 석고, 돌가루와 석고 또는 돌가루와 종이 및 석고의 혼합으로 이루어진 판넬를 사용하므로서 단열 및 방음의 효과는 있을수 있으나, 인체건강에는 도움이 되지 못할 뿐만 아니라 딱딱한 느낌을 주어 현대의 복잡한 사회구조와 경직된 콘크리트 생활이 복합적으로 이루어져 사람들은 자신도 모르는 사이에 사무적이고 감정이 메말라가는 요인의 일부가 될 수 있는 문제점이 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로서, 합판과 표면지 사이에 벌집형태의 격벽(HONEYCOM)을 설치하고 이격벽 사이에 황토흙을 채워서 건축용 판넬을 형성하여 건축물 내외장 및 칸막이로 사용하므로서 사용시 판넬 내부에 내장된 황토 흙에서 원적외선이 방사와 함께 흙 냄새가 나도록 하여 아파트, 사무실등의 콘크리트 건물에서도 옛날 전통 한옥의 흙벽 효과를 갖도록 하여 거주자의 건강을 유지할 수 있도록 고안 된 것이다.

이하 첨부 도면에 의거 하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도면중 제1도는 본 고안의 일부절개 사시도이고, 제2도는 본 고안의 단면구성도 이며, 제3도는 본 고안의 요부 발췌구성도이다.
본 고안은 벌집형태의 격벽이 설치된 건축용 하니콤 판넬 내면에 단열재가 채워진 통상의 건축용 판넬에 있어서, 판넬(1) 전면의 종이 표면지(3)와 배면의 합판(2) 사이에 벌집 형태의 격벽(4)을 설치하되 이격벽(4)내에는 황토흙(5)을 채워서 된 판넬(1)을 형성하고 판넬(2)배면의 합판(2)에는 시공시 벽면에 간단용이 하게 부착할 수 있도록 이형지(6)를 갖는 접착부(6')가 구비된 구성이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 건축시공시, 또는 집보수시, 사무실 칸막이 공사 등의 내·외장판넬로 사용하게 되는데 이때 판넬(1) 배면에 구비된 접착부(6')의 이형지를 떼어낸 다음 벽면에 부착시킬 수 있도록 하거나 또는 통상의 방법 처럼 나사못이나, 못 등으로 고정 부착 할 수 있게된다.
이렇게 시공되는 본 고안은 벌집형태로 이루어진 격벽(4) 일측면에 두꺼운 종이(보루지)나 합판(2)을 접착시키고 격벽(4)내에는 제3도와 같이 황토흙(5)을 채운 다음 종이로된 표면지(3)를 부착시켜 황토흙(5)이 쏟아지는 것을 막도록 하되 종이로된 표면지(3)는 판넬(4)의 설치 환경에 따라서 벽지 또는 직물지 등을 사용할 수 있다.
이때 합판(2)과 표면지(3)사이에 설치되는 벌집형태의 격벽(4)은형 또는형등으로 설치한 다음 황토흙(5)을 채워서 판넬(1)을 제작할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 된 본 고안은 사용에 따라서 33자, 34, 44, 36, 37, 47등의 규격으로 제작하여 선택 사용할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
이상과 같이된 본고안은 콘크리트로 이루어진 건물, 아파트, 사무실, 학교, 빌딩, 공장등의 건축물 내에 설치되는 내·외벽면 또는 칸막이등을 황토흙(5)이 내장된 판넬로 사용함으로서, 사람이 항상 흙 냄새를 접하고 황토흙에서 원적외선이 방사되도록 하여 보다 더 신체의 건강을 유지시키고 정서적인 주거생활을 할 수 있도록 하며 건물의 단열효과를 높이도록된 것이다.

- 벌집형태의 격벽(4)이 설치된 건축용 하니콤 판넬 내면에 단열재가 채워진 통상의 건축용 단열판넬(1)에 있어서, 판넬(1) 내부에 벌집형태의 격벽(4)을 설치하되 이격벽(4)내에느 황토흙(5)을 채워서 판넬(1)을 형성하며 판넬(1)전면은 종이로된 표면지(3)를 접착하고, 배면의 합판(2)에는 시공시 벽면에 간단용이 하게 부착할수 있도록 통상이 이형지(6)를 갖는 접착부(6')가 구비된 구성으로 사용시 황토흙(5)에서 원적외선이 방사됨과 동시에 흙 냄새를 접할 수 있도록 하여 전통 흙벽 건물이 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 황토흙이 내장된 건축용 내·외장판넬.
