Abstract

본 고안은 포장용 완충장치에 관한 것으로, 포장 박스(40)내에 포장되는 제품(A)이 외력으로부터 보호받도록 제품(A)을 사이에 두고 포장 박스(40)의 내부에 사다리꼴 형상으로 삽입되어 제품(A)의 상부면을 완충하는 평탄부(21)와, 상기 제품(A)의 양측면을 완충하도록 상기 평탄부(21)의 양측 하부로 연장되는 다리부(22)를 포함하고, 상기 평탄부(21) 및 다리부(22)의 재질이 골반지로 된 것을 특징으로 되어 있기 때문에 포장박스를 항상 원형상태를 유지하여 시각적인 이미지가 증대되고, 포장박스내에 포장된 제품(예컨데; 에어컨)을 손상됨이 없이 높은 품질을 유지할 뿐만 아니라 보관 및 운송시의 편리성을 향상시키는 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.

Description

포장용 완충장치
본 고안은 포장용 완충장치에 관한 것으로서, 다단적재 시 포장박스의 원형을 유지하고, 제품의 손상을 방지하도록 한 포장용 완충장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이 제품(예컨데;에어컨)을 포장하 는 포장박스에 있어서, 상기 제품(A)의 좌우측에 외력의 충격으로부터 보호하도록 좌측쿠션부재(20) 및 우측쿠션부재(30)를 설치한 다음, 상기 포장박스(40)의 하부에 상기 제품(A)을 내장한 후 상기 제품(A)이 상하의 외력에 의해 손상되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 제품(A)의 중앙 상단에 평면 형상의 완충수단(20)을 안착시켜 상기 포장박스(40)의 뚜껑(41)으로 덮도록 구성되어 왔었다.
그러나, 상기와 같이 구성된 포장용 완충장치는 제품을 포장박스(40)에 포장 한 후 상기 포장박스(40)를 보관 및 운송하기 위해 포장박스(40)의 다단적재 시 하단부에 적재된 포장박스(40)들이 상단부에 다단계로 적재된 포장박스(40)의 하중을 지지하지 못함으로 인하여 상기 포장박스(40)가 찌그러지고 또한 상기 포장박스 (40)의 내에 내장된 제품(예컨데; 에어컨)에 손상을 가하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이루어진 것으로, 본고안의 목적은 제품을 포장박스에 포장한 후 상기 포장박스를 보관 및 운송하기 위해 포장박스의 다단적재 시 하단부에 적재된 포장박스가 상단부에 적재된 포장박스의 하중으로 인하여 포장박스의 원형이 찌그러지는 것을 방지함은 물론, 상기 포장박스내에 포장된 제품이 손상되는 것을 방지 할 수 있는 포장용 완충장치를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안에 의한 에어컨의 포장용 완충장치는, 포장박스 내에 포장되는 제품이 외력에 의해 파손되지 않도록 제품을 사이에 두고 포장박스내부의 상측과 양측에 사다리꼴 형상으로 삽입 안착되는 완충수단을 구비 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
제1도는 종래에 의한 포장용 완충장치를 도시한 분해사시도.

이하, 본 고안에 관하여 첨부도면을 참조하면서 상세히 설명한다. 종래와 동일한 부분은 동일한 부호를 붙이고 이에 대한 설명은 생략한다.
제 3도 내지 제 5도에 있어서, 물품(A)의 좌우측을 외부충격으로 부터 보호하도록 좌측쿠션부재(20) 및 우측쿠션부재(30)로 지지한 다음, 상기 물품(A)을 포장박스(40)에 내장시킨다.
또, 상기 물품(A)을 포장박스(40)에 내장시킨 후, 상기 포장박스(40)의 뚜껑 (41)으로 덮기 전에 상기 물품(A)의 좌우측은 좌우쿠션부재(20,30)로 지지되지만 상기 포장박스(40)를 다단계로 보관 및 운송할 때에는 상단부의 하중으로 인하여 하단부의 포장박스가 찌그러지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 상기 포장박스(40)의 내에 내장된 물품(A)의 상측과 양측에 사다리꼴형상으로 삽입 안착되는 완충수단(20)이 구비 되어 있다.
상기 완충수단(20)은 상기 물품(A)의 상단을 보호하도록 형성된 평탄부(21) 와, 상기 물품(A)의 상단에 안착되었을 때 상기 물품(A)이 내장된 포장박스(40)의 하부까지 지지되어 상기 포장박스(40)를 보관 및 운송하기 위해 다단계로 적재시에 상기 포장박스(40)의 상단부의 하중을 견디도록 상기 평탄부(21)의 양측단이 일체적으로 절곡된 다리부(22)가 구비되어 있다.
또, 상기 완충수단(20)은 제5도에 도시한 바와 같이 상기 완충수단(20)의 평탄부(21)의 X폭은 상기 다리부(22)의 Z폭 보다 짧게 하여 상기 포장된 물품(A)의 다단계 적재 시 A 또는 B방향으로 밀리지 않도록 되어 있다.
여기서, 상기 다리부(22)는 포장박스(40)의 상하폭과 동일한 높이를 갖도록 형성되어 상기 다리부(22)의 양측하단이 포장박스(40)의 바닥에 지지됨과 동시에 , 이 다리부(22)의 상단에 일체로 형성된 평탄부(21)가 포장박스(40)의 내측상단에 밀착된다.
다음에 상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명한다. 먼저, 상기 물품(A)의 좌우측에 외력의 충격으로부터 상기 제품(A)을 보호하도록 좌우측쿠션부재(20,30)를 지지시킨 다음, 상기 물품(A)을 포장박스(40)에 내장시킨다.
그리고, 상기 물품(A)의 상단을 외력으로부터 보호하도록 된 평탄부(21)와, 상기 포장박스(40)의 다단적재시 상단부의 포장박스(40)의 하중에 견디도록 상기 평탄부(21)의 양측단 하부로 절곡된 다리부(22)를 구비한 완충수단(20)을 상기 물품(A)의 중간부위에 안착시킨다.
이때, 상기 평탄부(21)는 포장박스(40)와 물품(A) 사이에 위치되면서 상기 포장박스(40)의 상단에 가해지는 외부충격이나 압력을 지지한다.
또, 상기 다리부(22)는 그 상하단이 상기 포장박스(40)의 내측 상하단에 밀착되면서 지지된다. 여기서, 포장박스(40)의 상하부에서 가해지는 압력이나 충격이 다리부(22)의 상하단에 전달되고 이 다리부(22)의 상하단에 가해지는 압력 및 충격이 다리부(22) 의 자체 응력에 의해 완충된다.
또, 상기 다리부(22)는 상부로 가면서 중앙부로 기울어진 형상에 따라 다리부(22)의 내면이 물품(A)의 양측단을 압박하면서 상기 물품(A)의 요동을 지지하게 된다.
앞에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의한 포장용 완충장치에 의하면, 포장박스의 상하부에 가해지는 압력 및 충격이 충분히 완충되면서 포장박스의 변형이 방지되고, 포장박스 내에 수용된 물품의 요동을 방지하여 포장효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 포장박스(40)의 상부면과 물품(A)사이에 삽입되는 평탄부(21)와, 상기 평탄부(21)의 양측단에서 포장박스(40)의 하방향으로 연장 및 절곡되어 포장박스(40)의 내측 상하단에 걸쳐 지지됨과 더불어 포장박스(40)의 상방향으로 가면서 기울어져 형성되어 물품(A)의 양측단을 압박 지지하도록 형성된 한쌍의 다리부(22)로 이루어진 포장용 완충장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평탄부(21)의 폭(X)은 양측 다리부(22)의 하단사이에 거리 폭(Z)보다 짧게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 완충장치.
