Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 관한 것으로서, 종래 리어 콤비네이션 램프의 패널의 조건에 따라 수밀 문제가 대두되어 소켓에 장착된 전구가 단선되고 특히 겨울에는 렌즈에 형성된 수증기가 얼어 조그마한 충격에도 렌즈가 파손되는 문제점이 있을 뿐 아니라, 상기 소켓으로부터 분기된 와이어링은 외관상 좋지 않고 장기간 사용시 누전되어 화재가 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 수밀 부가 형성된 렌즈(10)와 인쇄 회로 기판이 인서트된 커버(16)를 사용하여 외관상 좋고 수밀 기능이 강화되며 누전의 위험을 줄여 차량 화재를 방지하는 리어 콤비네이션 램프를 제공한다.

Description

차량용 리어 콤비네이션 램프
본 고안은 차량의 등화장치중 리어 콤비네이션 램프(Rear Combination Lamp for Automobile)에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 리어 콤비네이션 램프는 차량의 후미에 장착되어 브레이크등과 방향지시등과 후진등을 점멸시켜 차량의 안전과 운전자의 의사전달을 하는 아주 중요한 기능을 하는 램프이다.
통상적으로, 리어 콤비네이션 램프는, 도 3과 같이 렌즈(30)에 개스킷(32)을 대고 커버용 패널(34)을 눌려 나사로 패널(34)과 개스킷(32)을 고정하였고, 상기 커버용 패널(34)에 3내지 4개의 관통구를 형성하여 전구 소켓을 장착하며 상기 소켓으로부터 분기된 3내지 4개의 와이어링(36)이 한 개의 커넥터(38)에 연결되어 있는 구조였었다.
그러나, 선행기술에 의한 리어 콤비네이션 램프는, 패널의 조건에 따라 수밀 문제가 대두되어 소켓에 장착된 전구가 단선되고 특히 겨울에는 렌즈에 형성된 수증기가얼어 조그마한 충격에도 렌즈가 파손되는 문제점이 있을 뿐 아니라, 상기 소켓으로부터 분기된 와이어링은 외관상 좋지 않고 장기간 사용시 누전되어 화재가 발생하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 수밀부가 형성된 렌즈와 인쇄 회로 기판이 인서트된 커버를 사용하여 외관상 좋고 수밀 기능이 강화되며 누전의 위험을 줄여 차량 화재를 방지하는 리어 콤비네이션 램프를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.

도면의 주요 부분에 대한 부호의 설명
10:렌즈, 12:볼록부, 14:개스킷, 16:커버, 18:체결부, 20:인쇄 회로 기판, 22:수납공간, 24:소켓, 26:커넥터.
상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 고안 리어 콤비네이션 램프는, 렌즈와 커버와 상기 커버와 상기 렌즈 사이에 장착되는 개스킷으로 구성된 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 있어서, 상기 커버는, 상기 커버의 테두리에서 등간격으로 수납공간을 내어 상기 개스킷과 상기 렌즈의 개구부를 수납하도록 상기 커버의 테두리에서 등간격으로 홈을낸 수납공간과, 상기 수납공간 테두리 내에 장착된 다수의 전구 삽입용 소켓과, 상기 커버 후면에 위치하면서 상기 소켓과 연결되는 커넥터와, 상기 커넥터와 상기 소켓까지의 통전회로가 인쇄된 인쇄 회로기판이 상기 수납 공간의 테두리 내에 삽입되어 일체로 제작된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 첨부된 도 1내지 도 2를 참조하여 본 고안의 바람직한 일 실시예를 상술한다.
도 1내지 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 리어 콤비네이션 램프는 크게 렌즈(10)와 개스킷(14)과 커버(16)로 구성된다. 상기 렌즈(10)는 측면에 다수의 체결용 볼록부(12)를 가지고 개방단부에 수밀부를 형성한다.
상기 렌즈(10)의 체결용 볼록부(12)와 체결되도록 측면에 다수의 돌출된 체결부(18)를 장착한 커버(16)는, 인쇄 회로 기판(20)이 인서트되며,상기 커버(16)의 테두리에서 등간격으로 홈을 낸 수납공간(22)을 내어 상기 개스킷(14)을 내재하고, 상기 수납공간(22)의 테두리 내에 다수의 소켓(24)이 장착되며, 배면에는 상기 다수의 소켓(24)과 연결되는 커넥터(26)가 일체로 제작된다.
상기 커버(16)와 렌즈(10) 사이에 위치하는 개스킷(14)은 탁월한 수밀 작용을 하며 쿠션이 풍부한 재료로 제작된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은, 수밀부가 형성된 렌즈와 인쇄 회로 기판이 인서트된 커버를 사용하여 외관상 좋고 수밀 기능이 강화되며 누전의 위험을 줄여 차량 화재를 방지하는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 렌즈와 커버와 상기 커버와 렌즈 사이에 장착되는 개스킷으로 구성된 리어 콤비 네이션 램프에 있어서,
    상기 커버는, 상기 커버의 테두리에서 등간격으로 수납공간을 내어 상기 개스킷과 상기 렌즈의 개구부를 수납하도록 상기 커버의 테두리에서 등간격으로 홈을 낸 수납공간과, 상기 수납공간 테두리 내에 장착된 다수의 전구 삽입용 소켓과, 상기 커버 후면에는 상기 소켓과 연결되는 커넥터와, 상기 커넥터와 상기 소켓까지의 통전회로가 인쇄된 인쇄 회로기판이 상기 수납 공간의 테두리 내에 삽입되어 일체로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 리어 콤비네이션 램프.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈와 상기 커버를 체결하는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리어 콤비네이션 램프.
