Claims (4)
- 연약지반을 안정하게 처리하는 공법에 있어서,진동 해머를 가동하여 케이싱 파이프(casing pipe)를 지중에 관입하고;소정의 깊이까지 관입이 완료되면 호퍼를 통하여 케이싱 파이프 내에 그래블이 55∼90 중량%이고 모래가 45∼10중량%인 혼합재료를 공급하고;케이싱 파이프의 내압이 규정 압력에 도달하도록 에어압을 가하고;케이싱 파이프 내의 혼합재료가 1.5m 정도 남았을 때까지 케이싱 파이프를 인발하고; 그리고상기 2∼4 단계를 반복하는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연약지반을 안정하게 처리하기 위하여 그래블 드레인(GD)을 형성하는 VCPS 공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그래블은 강자갈, 쇄석(crushed stone), 콘크리트 쇄석(crushed concrete), 고로 슬래그(slag), 또는 이들의 혼합물고, 상기 모래는 통상의 모래 또는 석분인 것을 특징으로 하는 그래블 드레인(GD)을 형성하는 VCPS 공법.
- 연약지반을 안정하게 처리하는 공법에 있어서,진동 해머를 가동하여 케이싱 파이프(casing pipe)를 지중에 관입하고;소정의 깊이까지 관입이 완료되면 호퍼를 통하여 케이싱 파이프 내에 그래블이 55∼90 중량%이고 모래가 45∼10중량%인 혼합재료를 공급하고;케이싱 파이프의 내압이 규정압력에 도달하도록 에어압을 가하고;상기 케이싱 파이프를 일정길이(약 3m 정도)만큼 인발하고;상기 인발된 케이싱 파이프를 진동 해머로써 다시 일정길이(약 2m 정도) 재관입하여 그래블 기둥을 다지고;케이싱 파이프내의 혼합재료가 1.5m 정도 남았을 때까지 케이싱 파이프를 인발하고; 그리고상기 2-6단계를 반복하는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연약지반을 안정하게 처리하기 위하여 그래블 콤팩션 파일(GCP)을 형성하는 VCPS 공법.
