Claims (6)
- 로드 플랭크(load flank)(8) 및 리어 플랭크(rear flank)(9)에 의해 형성된 나사산 턴(thread turn)(4)의 각 2등분 (15)은 나사 축(6)에 수직(5) 각으로 나사 머리(1)에서 떨어져 경사지고,로드 플랭크(8)는 나사산 루트(11)에 대하여 직선으로 작동하고, 및 리어 플랭크(9)는 처음에 나사산 팁(10)에서 직선으로 연장하고, 및 그의 높이 1/3에서 수직(5)에 관계하여 측정된 리어 플랭크(9)의 각(δ)보다 크고 및 30°내지 50°사이인 큰 각(α)에서 직선 각진 부분(13)으로 킹크(12)를 통하여 병합하고, 나사산 외측 직경(D)에 대한 나사산 코어 직경(K)의 비율은 0.7보다 크고 및 나사산 외측 직경(D)에 대한 나사산 피치(P)의 비율은 0.25이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전조된 나사 턴(4)을 갖춘 태핑 나사.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 2등분(angle bisector)(15)의 경사(ε)는 5°내지 15°범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전조된 나사 턴(4)을 갖춘 태핑 나사.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 각 2등분(15)의 경사(ε)는 로드 플랭크(8)과 리어 플랭크(9)사이 플랭크 각(β)의 1/6인 것을 특징으로 하는 전조된 나사 턴을 갖춘 태핑 나사.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강(steel)으로 나사를 제조하고, 로드 플랭크(8)와 리어 플랭크(9)사이에서 측정된 플랭크 각(β)이 38°- 48°인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 나사(steel screw).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,경량 합금으로 나사를 제조하고, 로드 플랭크(8)와 리어 플랭크(9)사이에서 측정된 플랭크 각(β)이 32°- 42°인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 나사.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,경량 합금으로 나사를 제조하고, 로드 플랭크(8)와 리어 플랭크(9)사이에서 측정된 플랭크 각(β)이 58°- 68°인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 나사.
