Abstract

Description
本发明涉及带有轧制的螺纹圈的自攻螺钉,其中由负载齿侧面和后齿侧面所形成的螺纹圈的角平分线相对于螺钉轴线的垂线以一个角度倾斜地远离螺钉头。
从欧洲专利申请501519中可得知一种该类型的螺钉。该已知螺钉的特别特征是其螺纹圈的负载齿侧面(面向螺钉头的螺纹齿侧面)和后齿侧面(与负载齿侧面相对的齿侧面)通过圆角部分延伸到螺纹根部。与在该申请中引述的文献DE-A3235352相比,在该公开文本的介绍中该圆角结构被认为是有利的。对于文献DE-A3235352的主题,螺纹的齿侧面外形和芯部区域的过渡是不连续的设计,即该过渡由一转折点组成。相比之下,也引述在该欧洲专利申请中的文献DE-A3207975还揭示了一种自攻螺钉,其中螺纹圈的齿侧面角度从齿侧面顶端至螺纹根部连续地增加,这趋于提高该螺钉所要旋入的塑料的无损害变形。此外,对于文献DE-A3207975中的螺钉,该欧洲专利申请指出,在预定拧入到塑料中的所述螺钉的例子中,螺纹圈并非不对称,即,螺纹圈的负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间的角平分线垂直于螺钉轴线。
从欧洲专利申请713017中还可得知较佳地用于颗粒板(particle board)的一自攻螺钉,其中螺纹圈的截面在负载齿侧面的区域具有一个转折点,以致负载齿侧面相对于螺钉轴线的垂线以较大的角度在转折点后从螺纹顶端的方向延伸。而且,在该螺钉的情况下,负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间的角平分线在螺纹顶端和转折点之间的区域向着螺钉头部倾斜。其结果是,当拉紧或承受负载时,该螺钉的螺纹圈形成接近垂线的一承载表面,在所述材料推压它时,该螺纹圈特别沉重地承载着该材料。因此,由实际上平行于螺纹轴线的力使各个螺纹圈承受着弯曲压力,大大减小了该螺钉的负载能力。
揭示在欧洲专利申请133773和DE-A3615271中的自攻螺钉具有相似的结构,对于这些已知的螺钉,在螺纹顶端和负载齿侧面中的转折点之间的区域,当施加负荷时作用在螺纹圈上的力实际上平行于螺钉轴线。特别是在揭示在DE-A3615271中的螺钉的情况下,其中在螺纹顶端和转折点之间的区域,负载齿侧面垂直于螺钉轴线。因此当被拉紧并因此在螺纹圈上施加较高的弯曲负荷时,这两种已知的螺钉特别敏感。
本发明的目的是通过轧制螺纹来构造在开头所述的螺钉以提高其产量并增强其负荷承载能力和保持强度。同时,选择螺钉的几何外形,以确保在各种金属材料中的最优的钉入性能。
按照本发明,这可通过以下的事实来完成,负载齿侧面以直线延伸至螺纹根部,而后齿侧面最初以直线从螺纹顶端延伸,在其大约1/3高度处,后齿侧面借助于一转折点合并到一直的倾斜部分中,相对于该垂线测量,该直的倾斜部分的角度大于后齿侧面的角度,并且处在30°到50°之间,螺纹的芯部直径相对于螺纹的外直径的比率大于0.7,螺距相对于螺纹外直径的比率小于0.25。
在负载齿侧面和后齿侧面中的转折点的区域中,由于从螺纹顶端至螺纹根部的基本直线型的外形,该螺钉可用滚轧模滚压,该滚轧模的沟槽具有相应的直线型的截面,当生产滚轧模时,这比在该区域被弄圆的滚轧模具有相当大的优点。而且,已发现,当螺纹芯部直径相对螺纹外直径的比率大于0.7时,所得到的尺寸将引起螺纹圈的变短,其结果是,当该螺钉被拉紧时,仅在相对较小的径向高度上承受弯曲负荷,当通过相关部分承受负荷时,由于以下的事实还能够以有效的方式承受这些负荷,该倾斜部分延伸在需要牢固的支承以抵抗螺纹圈的纵向弯曲的区域之上。同时,转折点仅在螺纹圈的高度的大约1/3处起始的事实意味着在螺纹圈的外部具有足够的空间以允许从相关部分移动的材料的离开,因此不会削弱这离开的过程。
由于螺纹圈的负载齿侧面的连续的直的倾斜外形,当螺钉被拉紧时,施加在该齿侧面上的力以相应的倾斜角度被引入到螺钉上,由此引入到其芯部上,由于负载齿侧面的斜度,并由于其相对较大的直径,该芯部能够吸收较大的力。相反地,在该部分的材料中的压力同样以倾斜的角度被引入到围绕螺钉被拧入的位置的材料中,在此,该压力可易于被吸收。同时,负载齿侧面的直线型斜面使得压力均匀地分布在螺纹的负载齿侧面的整个高度上,由此在螺钉的拉紧过程中,从而允许最大的接触区域和最大的摩擦,而不损坏该材料。由于螺距相对螺纹外直径的比率被选择为小于0.25,所得到的螺纹具有紧密间隔的螺纹圈,其结果是,相对较多数目的螺纹圈可形成在相关部分的给定长度上。这造成相应较高的拉出和保持力。
(负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间的)角平分线与螺钉轴线的垂线之间的角度较佳地在5°和15°之间选择。所得到的螺纹圈的倾斜角度致使负载齿侧面具有充分的倾斜角度,即使在较小齿侧面角度的情况下(在负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间测得),作用在负载齿侧面上的力以有利的方式被引入到螺钉的芯部中。因此负载齿侧面的倾斜和直的外形决定着拧入的螺钉和该部分之间的摩擦力,该摩擦力必须足够大以确保不会太容易地达到倾覆转矩(overturningtorque),在该转矩,螺钉将剥伤该部分中的螺纹。
按照本发明的螺钉特别适于钉入到钢材中,为此目的,螺钉自身同样是由钢组成的。在该情况下,负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间的38°至48°的齿侧面角度具有已证实的优点,这是因为它给出了该材料的移动量和压力承受能力之间的最优关系。如果按照本发明的钢螺钉被拧入到轻合金中,在该情况下,负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间的32°至42°齿侧面角度是有利的。
也可以用铝制造该螺钉,特别是坚硬的铝合金,那么它同样适于钉入到轻合金中。在该情况下,所选择的负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间的齿侧面角度在58°至68°之间是有利的。
如果角平分线的倾斜角度被选择为大约是负载齿侧面和后齿侧面之间的齿侧面角度的1/6,那么它是特别有利的。

图1示出带有螺钉头1和芯部2的一自攻螺钉,螺纹3已轧制在芯部2中。该螺纹具有带有各个螺纹圈4的单个起始点,螺纹圈4离开螺纹头1以一个角度倾斜至垂直于螺钉轴线6的垂线5。一螺钉驱动结构7已冲压到螺钉头1中,并且是已知的结构。
在图2中,以更大的比例剖视地示出图1所示的螺纹3。各个螺纹圈4具有面向螺钉头1的负载齿侧面8和相对的后齿侧面9。负载齿侧面8沿直线从螺纹顶端10延伸至螺纹根部11。与负载齿侧面8相对的后齿侧面9通过转折点12进入倾斜部分13。相对于垂线5,具有齿侧面角度γ的负载齿侧面8和具有齿侧面角度δ的后齿侧面9形成了齿侧面角度β,在该例子中齿侧面角度β是39°。基本决定了螺纹圈4的倾斜角度的齿侧面角度β的角平分线15相对于垂线5形成角度ε。相对于螺钉轴线6的垂线5,倾斜部分13以角度α行进,该角度α比垂线5和后齿侧面9之间的后齿侧面δ大。
还示出在图2中的是螺纹间距P(两相邻螺纹圈4之间的距离)、螺纹的外直径D、以及螺纹的芯部直径K。在图2所示螺纹的例子中,螺纹的芯部直径K与螺纹的外直径D之间的比率是0.8,而螺纹间距P与螺纹的外直径D之间的比率是0.17。在该例子中,齿侧面角度β是39°。
图3至图5示出图2所示螺纹的变型。在图3所示螺纹的例子中,齿侧面角度β是45°,在图4所示螺纹的例子中,齿侧面角度β是33°,在图5所示螺纹的例子中,齿侧面角度β是60°。
对于示出在图2至图4中的螺纹的结构,还应注意到在每个例子中螺纹根部11是圆柱形的。
还应注意到,以放大的比例示出在图2至图5中的诸螺纹的典型实施例表示可用于具体应用的较佳齿侧面角度β的范围,如以上的详尽解释。在图2至图5所示螺纹的例子中,位于后齿侧面9的区域中的转折点12处在螺纹圈4的1/3高度处,该高度是沿螺纹顶端10的方向从螺纹根部11测量的。在图2至图5所示螺纹的例子中,从转折点12起始的倾斜部分13以角度α行进(见图2),该角度是45°。
Claims (6)
1.带有轧制螺纹圈(4)的自攻螺钉,其中由负载齿侧面(8)和后齿侧面(9)形成的螺纹圈(4)的角平分线离开螺钉头(1)以一个角度倾斜至螺钉轴线(6)的垂线(5),其特征在于:负载齿侧面(8)以直线延伸至螺纹根部(11),后齿侧面(9)最初以直线从螺纹顶端(10)延伸,但在其高度的1/3处,后齿侧面(9)通过转折点(12)进入一直的倾斜部分(13)中,相对于垂线(5)测量,倾斜部分(13)的角度(α)大于后齿侧面(9)的角度(δ),并且处在30°到50°之间,螺纹芯部直径(K)相对于螺纹外直径(D)的比率大于0.7,螺距(P)相对于螺纹外直径(D)的比率小于0.25。

5.如权利要求1至3中的任一权利要求所述的用于拧入轻合金的钢螺钉,其特征在于:在负载齿侧面(8)和后齿侧面(9)之间测得的齿侧面角度(β)为32°-42°。
6.如权利要求1至3中的任一权利要求所述的用于拧入轻合金的铝螺钉,其特征在于:在负载齿侧面(8)和后齿侧面(9)之间测得的齿侧面角度(β)为58°-68°。
