Claims (1)
- 석영관내에 기체를 공급하여 상기 석영관내에 증착시켜 광섬유 모재를 제조하는 변형 화학 기상 증착법을 이용한 광섬유 모재 제조장치에 있어서,상기 석영관내에 공급되는 기체 유량을 조절하는 유량 제어기;상기 유량 제어기로부터 석영관내에 공급되는 기체의 압력을 감지하는 압력 센서;설정된 유량에 따라 상기 유량제어기를 제어하는 PLC; 및상기 압력 센서에 의해 감지된 압력값을 기준 압력값과 비교하여 그 결과에 따라 상기 PLC의 설정 유량을 제어하는 압력 콘트롤러를 포함하는 광섬유 모재 제조공정에서 압력 제어 시스템.
